Wir suchen ab dem 1/09/17 einen neue Mitbewohner-in für ein ca. 22qm großes Zimmer in einer tollen 3er-WG im Viertel weil unsere mitbewohnerin zieht aus. Das Zimmer ist nicht sehr laut (hat doppelfenster und hört die strasse nicht so viel), sehr hell und hat ein eingebautes Hochbett. Es kostet €340 – alles inklusiv.
Bei der Wohnung handelt es sich um eine typische Bremer Altbauwohnung mit hohen Decken und Holzdielen. Außerdem haben wir eine große Küche, ein großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne und ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer. Die Wohnung liegt an der Ecke Sielwall (Ostertorsteinweg!) mit vielen Cafes, Bars und Geschäften in der Nähe.
Wir suchen einen gleichgesinnten, entspannten und freundlichen Mitbewohner (m/w), im Alter von Mitte 20 bis Mitte 30. Wir wollen weder eine Zweck-WG noch eine verrückte Party-WG, sondern eine entspannte, gesellige und lebhafte Atmosphäre. Außerdem sind wir besonders an Menschen interessiert, die gerne Englisch sprechen, um die Kommunikation ein wenig leichter ;-)

English version:
The WG: The spacious, bright room (has double windows for better sound-proffing) is about 22 m2 and costs approximately €340 – all bills and Wi-Fi included. A bed platform is built into it (true old Haus Viertel style!). The apartment includes a cosy living room, bathroom with bath, and a spacious kitchen as well as a storage room. The apartment is situated on the main road; there are lots of cafe’s, bars and bakeries nearby, and the closest tram stop (Sielwall) is a minute’s walk away.
WG-Leben: We’re looking for a like-minded, relaxed and friendly person mid-20s to mid 30s to replace our lovely flatmate who is moving to Spain. We want to create a chilled out, sociable and lively atmosphere, and so do not want a Zweck-WG. We’re especially interested in people who are happy to speak English – to make communication a little easier ;-)
