Hello,
we are searching for an easy going friendly person (male or female) to be our 4th flatmate in our WG. Your room would be 13 m2 with the access to the balcony and with a green view. The room is available for short or long term period starting from 1st of August. The rent is 255 euro per month (all inclusive) and with a deposit 125 euro.
Our flat’s location is very central, between Hbf and Viertel. The nearest station is Am Dobben - just 3 minutes on foot. Trams 1, 4 and 10 stop here. Bus 25 is also down the street. Edeka as well as Biosupermarkt and Asiashop are 4 minutes away.
We are 3 girls, between 29 and 35 years old. We all study digital media at the University of the Arts Bremen.
Since we’re all working and/or studying, we are not really a party people. Nevertheless we enjoy having a coffee, breakfast or a drink together in the kitchen or on the balcony. Sometimes we go together to a concert or a party or we invite our friends for dinner or a movie night.
