Das Zimmer ist knapp 13 m² groß. Dazu gibt's ne große Küche mit allem drum und dran und ein noch größeres Wohnzimmer. Im Bad gibt's ne Waschmaschine.
Unbefristet oder befristet (bis einschl. Dezember) ist möglich, ebenso Nutzung der Möbel meiner bisherigen Mitbewohnerin./ temporary rent (furnished or not) until the end of december is possible.
Die WG liegt in einer kleinen, ruhigen Seitenstraße des Sielwalls. Die nächste Kneipe ist also keine Minute entfernt, die Wohnung selbst aber recht ruhig. Supermärkte, Straßenbahnhaltestelle und alles was man sonst noch braucht (und nicht braucht) gibt's im Umkreis von 5 Minuten.
Ich bin 34, voll berufstätig und immer für ein Bier am Eck zu haben.
