In unserer 4er WG wird ein Zimmer frei. Es ist quadratisch geschnitten, hat schöne Holzdielen, sehr hohe Decken und mit dem großen Fenster nach Süden hin ist es den ganzen Tag über wunderbar hell. Ausblick gibt es vom Fensterbrett auf das lebendige Viertel.
Trittst du aus deiner Zimmertür gelangst du auf einen Flur. Zu deiner rechten ist die große Küche, die mit allem nötigen ausgestattet ist. Dazu gehört auch ein Sofa und eine begehbare Speisekammer (mit Fenster inklusive ;)). Ansonsten sind über den Flur die restlichen Zimmer der WG zu erreichen, die alle über eine ähnliche Größe verfügen und ein großes helles Badezimmer mit Tageslicht und Badewanne. Am hinteren Ende des Badezimmers findet sich die Toilette, abgetrennt von dem restlichen Bad.
There is a room available in our 4-room apartment. It has very nice wooden floors, high ceilings and with the window facing south it is wonderfully bright the whole day. There is a view of the lively quarter from the windowsill.
When you step out of your room door, you enter a corridor. To your right is the large kitchen, which is equipped with all the necessary utensils. This includes a sofa and a walk-in pantry (with window included ;)). Otherwise, the corridor leads you to the other rooms of the shared flat, which all have a similar size, and a large bright bathroom with natural light and a bathtub. At the back of the bathroom is the toilet, separated from the rest of the bathroom.
Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn man mittendrin sein will - Bäcker gegenüber, Supermarkt nebenan, Bioladen in der Nähe, Straßenbahn vor der Tür..
The location is perfect if you want to be right in the middle - tram right in front of the door, bakery opposite, supermarket around the corner, organic food store nearby..
Wir sind zwischen 30 und 33 Jahre alt, berufstätig, zum Teil aber auch am Studieren. Zur ganz groben Einordnung: Wir sind freundliche, eher ruhige und offene Menschen, die im künstlerischen, geisteswissenschaftlichen und gärtnerischen Bereich aktiv sind. Wir schätzen die Mischung aus lebendigen Viertel und zugleich einer WG als ruhigen und gemeinschaftlichen Ort, an dem jede auch ihren Rückzug ganz individuell finden kann.
Wir haben unterschiedliche Tagesrhythmen, sind (gerade weniger) immer mal unterwegs oder mit unseren Hobbies beschäftigt. Dennoch finden wir auch immer wieder ungezwungen zusammen, um am Fenster ein wenig Sonne zu tanken und das Treiben im Viertel zu beobachten, oder uns beim Abendessen in der Küche von unserem Tag zu erzählen. Nach einem stressigen Tag hat jede auch mal gerne ein bisschen Ruhe für sich. Uns ist es wichtig, dass wir einander auf eine angenehme Weise auf den Schirm haben (Alltag, individuelle Bedürfnisse,..) und wir möchten, dass sich jede gleichermaßen dafür verantwortlich sieht, dass sich alle in der WG wohl fühlen. Gerade möbeln wir die WG ein wenig auf. Die Küche ist wahrscheinlich nicht mehr grün, wenn du hier einziehst ;)
Da eine Mitbewohnerin zur Zeit unterwegs ist, suchen wir zusätzlich für ihr Zimmer bis Mitte Oktober eine Zwischenmiete. Das heißt, es wird sich für alle ein neues Zusammenwohnen ergeben.
Die WG ist eine Nichtraucher-WG und Haustiere sind leider nicht möglich.
We are between 30 and 33 years old, working, but also partly studying. To give a rough classification: We are friendly, rather quiet and open-minded people who are active in the artistic, humanities and gardening fields. We appreciate the mixture of lively neighbourhoods and at the same time a shared flat as a quiet and communal place where everyone can find their own individual retreat.
We have different daily rhythms, are (just less) always on the road or busy with our hobbies. Nevertheless, we always find the time to get some sun at the window and watch the hustle and bustle in the neighbourhood, or to tell each other about our day in the kitchen over dinner. After a stressful day, everyone likes to have a little peace and quiet for themselves. It is important to us that we have each other on the screen in a pleasant way (everyday life, individual needs, ...) and we want everyone to feel equally responsible for making sure that everyone feels comfortable in the shared flat. We are currently pimping up the WG a little bit. The kitchen will probably not be green anymore when you move in ;)
As one of our flatmates is currently on the road, we are looking additionaly for a temporary rental for her room until mid-October. This means that there will be a new living together for everyone.
The WG is a non-smoking WG and pets are unfortunately not possible.
