Das Zimmer ist mit seinen 7qm recht klein, hat aber hohe Decken und ein eingebautes Hochbett, was das Ganze dann doch recht geräumig macht.
Wir haben einen Keller, einen Dachboden und einen kleinen Hinterhof. Die Treppe vor dem Haus lädt aber auch sehr zum morgen und abendlichen Verweilen ein.
Die Lage ist perfekt. Von unser schönen(+ruhigen) Seitenstraße aus sind es nur 3 min ans Sielwalleck in die eine Richtung, 3 min zum Osterdeich in die Andere.
Alles was man braucht ist fußläufig leicht zu erreichen: Bars, Spätis & Einkaufsmöglichkeiten...
Wir sind ein bunt gemischter Haufen, manche arbeiten, manche studieren, andere kriegen auch so ihre Zeit rum. Langweilig ist hier auf jeden Fall niemandem. Wir sind absolut keine Zweck WG, haben Lust gemeinsam Zeit zu verbringen und Dinge gemeinsam anzupacken. Dazu gehört auch unser großes Haus ein bisschen aufzuräumen und zu gestalten. Wir bewohnen zu siebt ein ganzes Reihenhaus mitten im Viertel. Das heißt wir haben einen Hinterhof, eine schöne Treppe vor der Tür zum Frühstücken, einen Keller für Fahrräder bis hin zu einem Dachboden mit Stauraum und einem Dach zum Sterne gucken! Wir haben auch Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch, das mit der Küche verbunden ist.
Gemeinsame Unternehmungen sind also immer gerne gesehen, jede*r bekommt aber natürlich auch die Ruhe die sie/er braucht.

We are a mixed bunch of people, some work, some study, others get their time around. No one is bored here. We are absolutely no purpose roommates and love doing things together. We live in a row house in the middle of the Viertel. This means we have a backyard, a beautiful staircase in front of the door for breakfast, a cellar for bicycles to an attic with storage space and a roof to watch the stars :)
Joint ventures are always welcome, but of course everyone gets the peace they need.
And of course, we also have a living room to sit in if it gets too crowded at the kitchen table :)
