Moin moin liebe Leute,
ich würde mein Zimmer gern vom 1. Juni bis zum 31. August zwischenvermieten. Der Zeitraum kann aber auch etwas kürzer oder länger sein, fragt einfach an.
Wir sind gesellige 6er-WG im Alter zwischen 25 und 32 Jahren. Unserer Haus liegt im Viertel, in einer super ruhigen und wunderschönen kleinen Straße, 2 min zur Weser, 5 min zum Sielwall, 5 min zum Supermarkt, 15 min zu Fuß zum Hauptbahnhof… also super Lage!
Das Zimmer hat zwei schöne Fenster und ist sehr hell. Es ist komplett möbliert und ansonsten bietet unser schönes WG-Haus sehr viel Platz mit Vorgarten, Terrasse, großer Wohnküche, drei Bäder, Sauna, Hinterhof, ...

i want to rent my room from the 1st of June to the 31th August. But I am also flexible, so if you want to stay shorter or longer just ask!
The room has about 20qm. You would share the house with my 5 really nice flat mates. Our district is called “Viertel” and our street is very calm and beautiful. It’s just 2 min walking to the river Weser, 5 min to Sielwall with many nice bars, cafes and shops, 5 min to the next supermarket, 15 min to the main station. So it’s very good located!
The room has two windows, so it’s quite bright. And it’s completely furnished. The whole house offers a lot of space with a little garden, terace, living room, three bathrooms, sauna, back yard, ...
