There is a small room in our new WG free from the 1st of March. The room is around 9 square meters and a high bed is already built-in which leaves more space free on the lower floor.
The apartment is in a beautiful house with high ceilings, wooden floors and 5 rooms.
There are 2 bathrooms, one with a small toilet and another with toilet and bath. The kitchen is connected to the hallway and there is a small storeroom. Besides this there is a shared living room that we can use for cinema evenings (with a projector), dinners and having guests and a super nice and big balcony.
Please notice that we are starting a new WG in this apartment, so there are some things we need to get for the kitchen and living room.
The apartment is in the viertel. There is a Penny supermarket in front and not so far there is also rossman, rewe, alnatura and netto. Viertel is the most exciting part of the city and there are bars, concerts, cafes and everything around. There is a tram stop right in front of the building where the trams number 2 and 3 pass and within 3 min by feat you can reach the sielwall stop where also the number 10 stops.
The WG is composed of Alina, Flo and Guida.
We normally live in a communitarian way: we like to cook (really!) and eat together but this happens mostly spontaneously. Since we live in the viertel it is also common to meet each other outside in bars and in the Deich. Nevertheless, everyone can always take their time to retreat in their rooms and not feel pressured to hangout. When it comes to food and groceries we also share most of it but there is always space for having things that are just for you.
We would like someone that likes to share the enjoyments and responsibilities of living in a space together, physically and mentally.
Alina is working in Bochum as a cultural administrator and project manager, so she will be here mostly on the weekends. Flo is working in the same field but here in Bremen being involved in several cultural spaces in the city like the GB and Kultur im Bunker, organizing concerts, performances and exhibitions. Guida works remotely for a tech-company and is also part of the Kultur im Bunker collective.
In the WG we speak a mix between English and German since Guida is non-native German speaker.
At the moment only Flo lives in the apartment as the other rooms are still being used by the last tenants.
Guida and Alina will move in March.
There are some house appliances that we need to buy for the kitchen and living room.
We also need to measure all the rooms and set up the prices in a fair way.
The small room will be between 300 and 350€.
