Liebe Wg-Sucher,
bei uns wird ein großes, helles Zimmer mit kleinem Erker am 1.07. frei. Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert, denn dem vorherigen Bewohner gefällt es in Australien gerade so gut, dass er noch viel länger dort bleiben will, als geplant. Möbel sind also da, müssen aber nicht unbedingt im Zimmer bleiben, das kann man sich dann aussuchen.
Die Wohnqualität ist ausgesprochen hoch, denn uns trennen nur ein kleiner Tunnel und eine grüne Wiese von der Weser, in 5 Minuten Fußweg ist man im Viertel (da wo jeder sein will, weil es so hip und voller Kneipen ist). Direkt gegenüber gibts eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle, in ca. 20 Minuten erreicht man die Hochschule oder auch die Uni.
Die Wohnung ist sehr WG-geeingnet. Wir haben ein schönes Wohnzimmer, einen relativ großen Balkon und ein Sofa in der Küche und natürlich ganz schöne Zimmer mit viel Licht.
Zwischen 01.07. und 01.09. ist auch noch ein anderes Zimmer frei, aber das bekommt ne eigene Anzeige mit dem Namen “summer in the Viertel”...
Moin everybody,
we have a large, beautiful room to rent, from 1st July on. In the room, there is furniture, that belongs to another flatmate, who decided to stay in Australia for much longer than planned. Therefore it will be your decision, if we leave it there or put it in the basement.
the house is located centrally in a calm neighbourhood, but 5 minutes walking to the “Viertel”, which is a beautiful district with a lot of small shops, cafés and bars. on the other side there is only a small tunnel separating us from the river, which is one of the best places to enjoy the summer in Bremen. By tram it takes approximately 20 min. to go to either Hochschule or University and by bike, you are even faster.
The flat is perfect to share, because we have a living room, a balcony and nice, light rooms...
If you are interested please write a few sentences about yourself especially what you daily life is like might be of our interest... If you are not able to come for a visit, i can also show you around with skype (je parles un peu francais, w shwaje 3arabi kamen).
For the two moth of July and August there is also another room to be rented, but that one has another advertisement called “summer in the Viertel”
