Das Zimmer ist im hinteren Teil des Altbaus und dadurch sehr ruhig gelegen. Mit hohen weißen Wänden und einem großen Fenster ist es sehr Lichtdurchflutet, wirkt sehr groß und freundlich. Durch den Holzboden ist das Zimmer gemütlich. Er spiegelt den altbremischen Stiel wieder.-

Das Altbremer Haus ist liegt direkt neben dem Viertel, wo immer was los ist. Das Haus an sich ist trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Eine Straße vom Osterdeich entfernt und sehr nah am Stadtzentrum.
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind 3 Gehminuten von dem Haus entfernt, ist also sehr gut angebunden, da mehrere Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel die naheliegende Station anfahren und man eine schnelle Anbindung hat.
Supermärkte, wie Rewe und mehrere Nettos sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, zu Fuß oder mit der Bahn zu erreichen.
Das Viertel bietet außerdem viele Kaffees, Eisdielen, Bars und Restaurants die alle zu Fuß zu erreichen sind.
