Ich suche eine/einen Nachmieter*in für das 13qm Zimmer in unserer schönen 4er-WG.
Es gibt ein großes Fenster im Zimmer und ist zum Hinterhof gerichtet.
Unsere Wohnung hat ein Bad mit Badewanne, eine gemütliche Küche und einen schönen Balkon, wo man im Sommer die Sonnenschein genießen kann :))
Vielleicht wichtig zu wissen: Im Erdgeschoss des Hauses ist eine Bar. Für mich war es immer eher ein Hintergrundgeräusch, aber das muss natürlich nicht für jeden so sein.
*Die Wand wird auf weiß gestrichen

Hello there,
I'm looking for a tenant to take over the 13qm room in our lovely 4 people shared-flat.
There is a big window in the room and is facing the backside of the building.
There is a bathtub in the bathroom, a cozy kitchen and a very nice balcony where you can enjoy sunshine in the Sommer.
Maybe important to know: There is a bar on the ground floor of the building. For me it was more like a background noise, but that's of course not the case for everyone.
*The wall will be painted back to white.
Zum Werdersee ist es nicht weit, zu Fuß ca. 10-15 min.
Zum Viertel auch zu Fuß 10-15 min.
Die Straßenbahn 2 fährt direkt in die Stadtmitte; Straßenbahn 10 fährt direkt zum Hauptbahnhof.
Bus 22 fährt auch direkt zur Universität.
Es ist eine ruhige Nachbarschaft, mit Rewe, Netto, Rossmann in der Nähe.

It is very close to Werdersee, by walking approximately 10-15 mins.
To Viertel also by foot 10-15 mins.
Tram 2 can directly take you to city center. Tram 10 directly drives to the Hauptbahnhof.
Bus 22 drives directly to the university too.
It is a quiet neighborhood, with Rewe, Netto, Rossman nearby.
Wir treffen uns manchmal spontan in der Küche und deine neuen Mitbewohnerinnen sind alle sehr aufgeschlossen und entspannt. Sie sind alle Studenten bei Uni Bremen. Manchmal machen wir einen Filmabend oder kochen und trinken zusammen in der Küche. Sofern erforderlich kann in der Küche oder auf dem Balkon geraucht werden.
Wir haben einen Putzplan, von dem wir erwarten, dass jeder versucht, den Rhythmus einzuhalten, also nimm bitte auch darauf Rücksicht.
Insgesamt genieße ich mein WG-Leben hier sehr und ich hoffe, dich tun es auch!

We gather casually in the kitchen and your future flatmates are all very open-minded and relaxed. They are all students at the Uni Bremen. Sometimes we do a movie night together or just cook and drink in the kitchen. In the kitchen and on the balcony it is allowed to smoke, if necessary.
We have a cleaning schedule that we expect everyone to try to keep the rhythm, so also please take this into account too.
Overall, I enjoy my WG life here a lot and I hope you will too!
Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert sein, aber ein paar Sache kannst du von mir für einen kleinen Preis übernehmen, z.B. ein Doppelbett (ohne Matratze und Lattenrost), ein Kleiderschrank und ein paar Regale. Wir können persönlich darüber sprechen.
Aufgrund der Pandemie würden wir gerne zunächst ein Online-Treffen mit dich durchführen und dann weiter eine Besichtigung vereinbaren.
Wenn du Lust auf das Zimmer hast, gerne mir eine Nachricht mit ein paar Sätze über dich schicke. :D

The room will not come with furnitures but you can take over my double bed (without the mattress and slatted frame) and a closet for small price. We can talk about it more in person.
Due to the pandemic, we would like to do an online-meeting with you first and then invite you for a visit afterwards if things go well.
