Es wird ein Zimmer in einer sehr großen 2-er WG in schöner Lage frei.
Das Zimmer selbst ist 16qm groß also passt alles rein, was man so braucht. Außerdem ist es schön hell, es scheint ab morgens die Sonne rein. Zum Rest der Wohnung:
Überall in der Wohnung ist Parkett, außer im Bad und Gäste-WC. Es gibt also zwei Toiletten und im Bad eine Duschwanne. Der Flur ist auch sehr geräumig, die Küche daher eher klein, es gibt zwei Hocker, sodass man aber immerhin allein oder zu zweit dort essen kann. Die Küche ist von unseren Vormietern übernommen und war damals neu (Ende 2018 erworben), wir haben sie gekauft und daher auch der recht hohe Abschlag. Es ist ein großer Kühlschrank, Backofen+Herd, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine auch darin enthalten und die Küche ist hochwertig und ohne Mängel.
Das Wohnzimmer ist riesig, es ist zweigeteilt in zwei ca. gleich große Bereiche mit einem Durchbruch, etwa 18qm jeweils. Von dort kommt man auch zum Balkon (12qm).
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut instandgehalten, die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und kümmern sich direkt, wenn es etwas gibt. Die Nachbarn sind auch sehr nett.
Außerdem gibt es einen Fahrradschuppen und ein eigenes Kellerabteil.
The room that will be free is a nice, bright room in a shared flat in a nice location.
The room has 16qm, but everything you need will fit - and the flat is very big in general, so for sure there will be room for other stuff of you in the living room! The rest of the flat is:
A bathroom with shower/bathtub and toilet, another small toilet, a big corridor, the balcony (12qm) with sunlight the whole day, a big big living room (feels like 2 rooms, in total ~35qm) and the kitchen. We bought the kitchen from the previous renters which was almost new then, that is why there is the one-time additional payment of 1000€ for that - and then half of the kitchen is yours. There is the fridge, washing machine, dishwasher and stove/oven included in that.. And it's very nice and as mentioned - quite new.
In addition to that, the apartment is in general in good condition, when there is any problem the landlord takes care of it immediately and we have nice neighbors, a room in the cellar for stuff and a garage for bikes.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße im sogenannten "Radio Bremen" - zwischen Vahr und Schwachhausen ungefähr und noch etwas südlicher als Horn. Allerdings sind es 200m zur Schwachhauser Heerstraße - und da fängt ja auch Schwachhausen wieder an. Dort ist auch direkt die Straßenbahnlinie 4, die einen in 12 min zum Bahnhof und 15 min in die Altstadt bringt. Mit dem Rad ist man in 10 Minuten an der Uni, in 15 Minuten am Unisee und in der Innenstadt und in ca. 20 Minuten in der Neustadt. Der Bürgerpark ist auch etwa 10 Minuten entfernt.
Ein Supermarkt ist in 3 Minuten zu erreichen (Rewe), ein anderer, der noch näher dran wäre, wird gerade neu gebaut.
Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und wirklich schön, wenn man ein Auto hat, kann man es quasi direkt vor der Tür eigentlich immer parken.
The flat is in a quiet street in "Radio Bremen", but since there is Schwachhausen right next to it, you can think of it as Schwachhausen. There are beautiful old houses everywhere in the area.
There is the tram line 4 200m away. You can get in 12min to the central station and 15 min to the city center. With the bike, you need 10 min to the university or the Bürgerpark, 15 min to the central station/city center and 3 minutes to the next Rewe. If you have a car, it can be parked easily more or less in front of the house.
Zu mir, deinem neuen Mitbewohner:
Ich bin Stefano, 29 Jahre alt und arbeite beim Deutschen Luft- und Raumfahrtzentrum (DLR) auf dem Unicampus. Ich schreibe dort meine Doktorarbeit und habe vorher Luft- und Raumfahrt in Mailand studiert. Seit 4 Jahren bin ich jetzt in Deutschland. Mein Deutsch ist vielleicht nicht perfekt, aber ich würde es gerne weiter verbessern! Gesa und ich haben uns kennengelernt, weil wir ein Sprachtandem machen, aber wir sprechen eigentlich nur englisch. In meiner Freizeit spiele ich Fußball, gehe bouldern, spiele Schlagzeug (nicht zuhause) oder ins Viertel mit Freunden.
Da wir uns schon vorher kannten und gemeinsame Freunde haben, haben wir uns wie es zeitlich gepasst hat vorher verabredet und was gemeinsam unternommen, da wir recht unterschiedliche Tagesabläufe haben und beide viel unterwegs sind, hat man sich eher selten "zufällig" lange in der WG getroffen. Mir ist aber wichtig, dass wir nicht aneinander vorbei leben. Natürlich schätze ich Sauberkeit und im Allgemeinen gegenseitigen Respekt, daher ist es wichtig, einfach bei Probleme oder ähnlichem miteinander zu sprechen :) Ich würde gerne auch ein paar Sachen über dich erfahren!
Übrigens: Gesa zieht aus, weil sie mit ihrem Freund zusammenzieht.
I'm Stefano, your future flatmate! I'm an Italian and 29 years old, I work at the DLR (Deutsches Luft- und Raumfahrtzentrum) in research, I studied space engineering in Milan and live now in Germany for 4 years. My German is not perfect yet and I would like to improve. Gesa and I met starting a tandem (German-Italian) but we ended up speaking mostly English. In my free time I play football, go bouldering, play drums (not at home) or out for some beers with friends.
Since Gesa and I new before and we have common friends, we mainly arranged evenings to spend time because we have quite different schedules during the week. However it is important for me to actually do things together and not just only live together. Naturally I do appreciate a lot cleanliness and, in general, mutual respect, therefore it is important to be communicative with each other :) I'd love to read a few things about you as well :)
By the way, Gesa only moves out because she moves in with her boyfriend.
Das Einzugsdatum ist ein wenig flexibel, also etwas später wäre auch möglich. Der Mietvertrag wird nicht verändert, es wird nur eine Ergänzung durch den Mieterwechsel geben.
