Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön, gemütlich und groß. Es verfügt über ein großes Wohnzimmer (21 m²) mit einer bequemen Couch, einem Esstisch, Stühlen, einem Fernseher, einigen Haustieren (Pflanzen) und einem großen Fenster, das perfekt für sonnige Tage ist. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, sie verfügt über einen Geschirrspüler, einen Backofen und auch die Waschmaschine befindet sich hier. Es gibt genügend Platz, um die Lebensmittel und Habseligkeiten aufzubewahren. Das Badezimmer ist schön und bietet auch genügend Platz, um alles zu verstauen. In Nils Zimmer gibt es einen Balkon, der frei genutzt werden kann, mit Tisch und Stühlen, um schöne Nachmittage draußen zu verbringen. Im Keller gibt es einen Abstellraum für Ihr Fahrrad und einen Platz zum Aufhängen der Wäsche zum Trocknen (letzterer in einem Gemeinschaftsraum).
Das Schlafzimmer ist ziemlich groß, es hat Fenster zur Straße, im Sommer kann man den Sonnenaufgang sehen. Unter dem Bett befinden sich Schubladen, in denen Sie Ihre Habseligkeiten verstauen können. Ansonsten gibt es genügend Platz, um neue Möbel unterzubringen.
The apartment is a really nice, cozy and big place. It has a big living (21m^2) with a comfortable couch, dinning table, chairs, TV, some pets (plants) and a big window that is perfect for sunny days. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has dishwasher, oven and the washing machine is also located here. There is enough space to store the groceries and belongings. The bathroom is nice, has also enough space for you to store everything. There is a balcony in Nils room which can be used freely, with a table and chairs to spend some nice afternoons outside.
There is a storage room in the cellar for your bike and a place to hang the laundry to dry (this last one in a common space).
The bedroom is pretty big, it has windows facing to the street, during summer you can see the sunrise. The bed has drawers underneath were you can store belongings, but otherwise there is enough space to place new furniture.
Die Wohnung liegt 2min von der Wätjenstrasse (Tram 6) und 10min zu Fuss von der Friedhofstrasse (Tram 4) entfernt. Es gibt einen Rewe neben der Straßenbahnhaltestelle 6, Bäckereien, Sparkasse und Drogerie sind alle nicht weiter als 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es Grünflächen, die zum Spazierengehen, Joggen oder Radfahren einladen. Die Universität ist 15 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn entfernt. Es ist insgesamt recht gut angebunden und das Stadtzentrum ist mit der Straßenbahn etwa 20 Minuten entfernt.
The apartment is located 2min away from Wätjenstrasse (tram 6) and 10min by foot from Friedhofstrasse (tram 4). There is a Rewe next to the tram 6 stop, bakeries, sparkasse and drugstore all not further away than 10min walk. There are green areas near by, perfect to go for a walk, jog or bike. The University is 15min away by tram. It is overall pretty well connected and the city center is around 20min away by tram.
Nils ist 22, er ist ein wirklich netter Mensch, sehr spontan und arbeitsorientiert. Er genießt es, Zeit miteinander zu verbringen, zu reden und zu kochen, aber er gibt dir auch Raum, deine eigenen Dinge zu tun. Die Atmosphäre ist wirklich gut, er kann ein sehr hilfsbereiter Freund sein und ist immer offen für spannende Diskussionen, wenn es zu Meinungsverschiedenheiten kommt. Außerdem kennt er die Wohnung sehr gut und ist immer bereit, bei der Lösung von Problemen zu helfen.
Nils is 22 he is really nice person, very spontaneous, and work focused. He enjoys sharing time, talking and cooking, but he also gives space for you to do your own things. The atmosphere is really good, he can be a very supportive friend and is always open to discuss if any disagreement comes around, he also knows really well the apartment and will be always willing to help fix anything.
