Gesucht wird eine ordentliche und unkomplizierte Person die sich gut mit meiner
tollen und liebenswerten Mitbewohnerin (36) versteht.
Gesucht wird keine Person für eine Zweck-WG, allerdings sollte der/die Mitbewohner/in auch
ein eigenes Leben haben ;)
Das Zimmer ist etwa 15m2 groß und hat ein Fenster Richtung Norden.
Es ist voll möbliert (Bett, 2x Kommode, Nachttisch, Schreibtisch, Flachbild Fernseher, Lampen, Wäschestange Regal) und sollte auch sorgsam behandelt werden.
Interessierte aus Bordeaux (Frankreich) die ein Zimmer im Tausch anzubieten hätten, würden bevorzugt behandelt werden.
Was den Zeitraum der Vermietung angeht, könnte man unter Umständen flexibel sein (+max. ein Monat)

We're searching for an interim tenant for the period fixed september - december 2015.
You should be as tidy, uncomplicated and friendly as my wonderful flatmate.
The room has a size of approximately 15m2 with a window in the direction of north.
It's completely furnished (bed "140cmx200cm"), 2x dresser, desk, TV, lamps, shelf) and
it would be great if you would treat it with care.
Applicants from Bordeaux (France) would get a preferential treatment as far as they could
offer a room in return.
Regarding the renting period we could probably be flexibel (+max. 1month)
