ich suche ab 01.12.2018 eine fröhliche Mitbewohnerin für meine Wohnung in Schwachhausen. Dein Zimmer ist 16m2 groß, mit Holzdielen ausgelegt, schön hell und ruhig. Wie die Fotos zeigen ist das Zimmer momentan noch möbliert, jedoch kannst du es gerne nach Absprache beliebig einrichten. Falls du eigene Möbel hast kannst du diese gerne mitbringen, falls nicht könnte ich dir ein Bett, eine Kommode und einen Nachttisch stellen. Auf unserem Dachboden ist auch noch Stauraum für deine Kartons und weitere Sachen, die du unterstellen möchtest. Auch für dein Fahrrad ist im Fahrradraum oder am Fahrradständer im Vorgarten Platz.
Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, einer hochwertigen Küchenmaschine, Küchenutensilien, Töpfe und Pfannen, du brauchst also eigentlich nichts weiter mitbringen. Die geniale Terrasse mit Blick ins Grüne lädt bei Abendsonne zum Grillen und Chillen ein.
Die monatliche Miete beträgt 495€ warm, darin sind alle Nebenkosten bereits inbegriffen, inkl. Putzhilfe.

for my flat in Schwachhausen I am looking for a happy roommate (female). The room is 16sqm, has timber piling and big windows. The room lets in a lot of daylight and is very quiet during the day and night. As the pictures show the room is currently furnished, but everything can be exchanged easily. You can bring your own furniture or I can provide a bed, a dresser and a bedside table. There is more space in the attic in case you would like to store anything else. There is also space for your bike in the groundfloor or in the bike rack outside. The flat has a very well-equipped kitchen with everything needed incl. dish washer, cooking utensils, pots and pans, so you do not need to bring anything yourself. The terrace is perfect for BBQs on a sunny evening with friends or to chill out and enjoy the calm and green view.
The monthly rent is 495€, all costs are included (also having the flat cleaned by a housemaid).
The flat is located one of the top areas of Bremen and is only a walking distance from the tram lines 1,4 and 6 which bring you everywhere in about 10-15 minutes. To rest or do sport the Bürgerpark is only 10 minutes by bike, supermarkets can be reached by bike in 5 minutes.
I am 26 years old and as I work full time, I am not much around during the day, however I enjoy time in the evening to chat, cook or watch TV together.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral, die Straßenbahnen 1, 4 und 6 sowie der Bus 24 sind alle zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es 10 Minuten mit der Bahn, ins Viertel/Innenstadt mit dem Fahrrad ca. 10 Minuten, bis zum Bürgerpark sind es auch nur 5 Minuten. Supermärkte, Bäcker etc. sind alle innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen.
Ich bin 26 Jahre alt, berufstätig und abends gerne für nette Gespräche, gemeinsames Kochen oder einen Filmabend zu haben. Die Wohnung kann ab sofort jederzeit bezogen werden, das Zimmer ist bis voraussichtlich 04/2019 ggf. auch länger frei.
