unsere Haus-WG sucht von Anfang September 2019 bis Ende Februar 2020 (vielleicht auch einen Monat länger) eine*n nette*n 9. Person zur Zwischenmiete.
Wir sind eine bunte Mischung aus Studierenden, Auszubildender und working bees – alle mehr oder weniger busy in ihrem Alltag aber mit großem Interesse an Gemeinschaft und well being. Wir teilen das Meiste und sprechen gerne miteinander. Als Hausgemeinschaft gibt es uns erst seit März, und wir sind sehr glücklich darüber, dass wir uns gefunden haben.
Unser Haus liegt 5 Gehminuten entfernt vom Hauptbahnhof, in der Nähe des Friedenstunnels. Das vakante Zimmer ist mit seinen ca. 10 m² recht übersichtlich, verfügt aber über einen ebenso großen Balkon. Es liegt in der zweiten Etage unseres Hauses, um Badezimmer und zur Toilette ist es nicht weit. Mit meinem Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank und Stereoanlage hast du in diesem Zimmer alles, was du brauchst. Warm mit allem kostet das Zimmer 305€. Außerdem wäre es super, wenn du eine Kaution von 200€ hinterlegen könntest.
Insgesamt haben wir ein Zimmer für jede*n der hier wohnt + 4 Toiletten + 2 Bäder + Wohnzimmer und Werkstatt, Speisekammer und Gästezimmer im Souterrain / Keller. Außerdem haben wir einen großen Garten mit Gemüsebeeten und anderen schönen Dingen.
Uns ist es wichtig, dass sich alle die hier sind, wohl fühlen. Wir sehen unser Haus als Lebensmittelpunkt und lassen gern alle lieben Menschen bei uns einkehren. Mindestens 2x im Monat setzen wir uns zum “Plenum” zusammen und besprechen, was uns beschäftigt. Ein wichtiger Punkt ist auch, dass wir Lebensmittel gemeinsam einkaufen und teilen. Dazu zahlt jede*r von uns 85€ pro Monat in die Einkaufskasse. Wir kochen fast jeden Tag gemeinsam und sitzen sehr gern beim Frühstück, Kaffee oder Abendessen zusammen.

ROOM IN SHARED HOUSE OF NINE, CLOSE TO CENTRAL STATION

Since I am leaving Bremen for a semester abroad, my cosy room will be available from September 1st until the end of February 2020.
We are living in a shared house with nine people; some of us are studying, others are working, all of us are somewhere in their twenties. We are all interested in shared living rather than just living next to each other and we moved in in March 2019.
Our house is located in Schwachhausen, 5 minutes walk to the central station, great connection to university and to all other important parts of Bremen. We have our own garden, a living room, guest room in the basement, 2 bathrooms and one toilet on each floor.
The room itself is rather small (about 10m²) and located on the second floor, close to the main bathroom and a separate toilet. The room has its own balcony and comes with a bed, desk, wardrobe and my beloved stereo. Rent is 305€ per month and I would kindly ask you to leave a deposit of 200€ if possible.
As I said before, we do enjoy a community-feeling in our house. We like to have guests and we try to talk about what is important to us at the plenary. Also we like to share food and everything that is needed in the kitchen. All of us pay 85€ per month to pay our groceries. We are also active on food sharing and get a delivery from an organic farm once per week.
