Die beiden Zimmer liegen im Hochparterre, sind 16m² und 8m² groß, eins geht nach vorne raus, das andere zum kleinen Garten, hell, schöner Altbau. Im Souterrain befindet sich eine große Küche, ein Vollbad, ein kleines Duschbad, eine Waschküche mit Ausgang zum Garten. Der gehört natürlich dazu!
Das Viertel ist der beliebte und belebte Stadtteil Bremens mit vielen Kneipen, Restaurants, etc. Die Straße dieser WG ist befahren, aber sonst relativ ruhig. Gute Anbindung an Straßenbahnen, Stadtmitte und Hauptbahnhof sind schnell erreichbar.
Ich (47) suche eine nette Mitbewohnerin, auch gerne älter, aber im Prinzip bin ich offen und selbst eher junggeblieben. Die WG soll keine Zweck-WG sein, sondern eine, wo man auch ab und zu einen Kaffee zusammen trinkt. Ich bin Draußenraucherin - entsprechend fühlen sich auch Nichtraucherinnen hier wohl. Es ist ein relativ ordentlicher Haushalt.

Einzug ggf. auch schon früher möglich.
