Ich (w, 32, Doktorandin) suche ab Oktober eine nette neue Mitbewohnerin für ein schönes, helles Zimmer im Herzen des Viertels. Das Zimmer liegt nach hinten raus, hat viel Nachmittags-Sonne und ein riesiges Hochbett, das wegen der hohen Decken wie eine zweite Ebene ist.
Dazu gehören auch ein kleiner Gemeinschaftsbereich, natürlich Küche & Bad, Fahrradkeller und etwas Stauraum im Keller, Waschmaschine, Internet- und Festnetzflatrate und Balkonmitbenutzung.
Die Lage ist super zentral, bietet alles, was man so braucht (inkl. guter Verkehrsanbindung) in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und ist trotzdem ruhig.
Ich arbeite meist zu Hause, bin aber auch gerne und viel sportlich unterwegs. Wenn du genau so unkompliziert bist, weder Zweck-WG noch Familienersatz suchst und dich mit Hunden verstehst (ich habe eine liebe, ruhige Hündin), meld dich gerne!
