I am looking for a new flatmate to share my 2-room flat located in the Viertel (Sielwall).
Your room is ca. 16 m2, is very bright, quiet and comfortable and has direct access to the balcony with a (relaxing!) view for the garden. It is totally furnished, which is perfect for a short-staying in Bremen or if you are looking for another room/apartment (Zwischenmieten). The room will be available from June until September/October, but in case you need to stay a little bit longer, it could also be arranged. The flat has a kitchen, a bathroom, a small entrance room and a balcony (where we can grow – with patience and tenderness- delicious vegetables). It also includes the access to a beautiful communal garden, laundry/drying room and a cellar where you can park your bicycle. The neighbours are very quiet so it is not the best place for loud parties at home (but do not worry as there are lot of places to have fun and get loud just around the corner!) The Osterdeich is just 2 min walking distance from here, and it is perfect if you like to practice sports and/or enjoying the sunset and a beer by the river. The price is 380 Euros including the utility costs, eco-electricity, internet and ARD taxes. One caution of 380 Euros will be asked when you move in, and give it back to you in the end of the contract.
About me. I am Célia (36), a literature/book lover and a coffee addict. I enjoy long breakfasts and nice conversations, spending time in the nature and going to music concerts. I am involved in a feminist discussion group, so times to times, we will have meetings in our flat. I speak Portuguese, English, Spanish and more and more German. I am currently finishing my PhD (Marine Geochemistry and Climate Change), therefore I spend a lot of time at home writing and working for the projects which I am involved.
I am looking for a quiet and friendly flatmate, older than 33 (ideally, but not exclusive), which may share common interests (music, politics, vegan/vegetarianism, urban/balcony gardening) and would like to spend some time together/get along (cooking, having a beer, going out). I would prefer a German speaker so I could improve my German. I would be very happy to read about you, so please send me an email introducing yourself and your interests/activities.
