Ihr Lieben,
für mich wird es an der Zeit für meine eigene Wohnung, daher wird mein wunderschönes WG Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer ist ca. 16qm groß. Sehr hohe Decken, ein Hochbett ist eingebaut und bleibt auch drin, großes Fenster mit Parkett Boden. Die Wohnung hat eine Badewanne, Waschmaschine und eine schöne große Küche mit Spülmaschine. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. OG.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Die Wohnung ist direkt an der Haltestelle Wulwesstraße/ Ulrichsplatz.
Derzeit wohnen in der WG 2 Frauen und 1 Mann. Mit dir wäre die WG wieder bei 4 Personen. Da alle berufstätig sind ist das WG Leben eher ruhig. Das Zusammenleben ist eher umgezwungen, gerne haben wir uns aber in der Küche auf einen Kaffe oder zum Abendessen getroffen. Es gibt keine Putzlisten oder Ähnliches, Ordnung und Rücksicht aufeinander ist selbstverständlich.
