The room is 15 square meters. There are 3 rooms for each roommate and this room is in the middle of 3 rooms. The apartment itself is 75 square meters altogether and located on the 2nd floor of the whole building. You would have a shared kitchen and bathroom. In the kitchen, you will find all the necessary cooking devices like a gas cooker, toaster, an electronic/microwave oven. In the bathroom, there is a bathtub and you can enjoy bathing if you want.
Since Marina is currently living in the room, the room is fully furnished in the pictures though, it would be totally empty. So you will need furniture.
It's located nearby Viertel and has good access to trams(Line 2,3 and 10), supermarkets and pharmacies, etc on foot in some seconds. The building is placed along the street though, this room is not facing the road and it's not loud. It costs 245 Euro for Warmmiete (including internet, gas, and electricity) and the deposit costs 290 Euro. It's an old building though, looks lovely.
2 flatmates, Jeff and Marina are very kind and friendly people. They are German btw. We shared sometimes dinners and drinking. I'm writing this article in English though, you can just write to me also in German since Marina and Jeff will be communicating with you then.
