Ich werde im Herbst reisen gehen und vermiete dementsprechend mein schönes kleines Zimmer unter.
Das Zimmer hat etwa 12 m², ein Fenster und eine Tür zum Gemeinschaftsbalkon auf der ruhigeren Südseite. Statt Blick auf die Schauburg in den Zimmern zur Straße blickt man also in die Häusergasse bzw. auf den prächtigen Baum, der dort seine Krone entfaltet. Das Zimmer hat Laminatboden in Eiche und ist sonst unmöbliert. Insgesamt haben wir fünf bewohnte Zimmer, ein Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne, ein Piratenklo mit Wiesenhimmel und zwei überdachte Balkone auf der Sonnenseite. Das WG-Leben findet häufig in der zentral gelegenen Küche oder dem anschließendem Balkon statt. Der Hauptzugang zum Balkon findet nicht über 'dein' Zimmer, sondern vor allem durch das Küchenfenster statt. Unser Haus ist überwiegend von anderen netten WGs bewohnt und hat einen Fahrradkeller.

In January, at the beginning of February, we have one room available: 12m² (260€). The sunny and bright room has a large window and door with access to one of the balconies. It has laminate flooring and is unfurnished. In total, our apartment has five rooms, a large bathroom with a bathtub, an extra toilet and two balconies on the sunny side of the house. The kitchen is central in the WG and next to the balcony the place to be for participation in our WG life. There are several friendly WGs in our house and the basement has a bike storage space.
Allerbeste Lage! Unsere WG liegt im Viertel (Vor dem Steintor) und viele Kneipen, Cafés und kleine Lädchen sowie die Innenstadt lassen sich gemütlich erschlendern. Diverse Supermärkte (Netto, Alnatura, Rewe) sind in Sichtweite. Außerdem ist man in 5 Minuten am Osterdeich an der Weser. Unsere Wohnung ist gegenüber der Schauburg mit der Haltestelle Brunnenstraße. Die Straßenbahnlinien 2, 3 und 10 halten also quasi direkt vor der Haustür und mit dem Rad ist man sowieso ganz schnell überall.

We are located in the middle of the 'Viertel' (Vor dem Steintor). Numerous cafés, bars and a diverse range of small shops are just along the street and also the city center is within walking distance. Various supermarkets (Netto, Alnatura, Rewe) are just around the corner. In five walking minutes you reach the Osterdeich at the Weser. The cinema Schauburg ist just across the street and the tram station Brunnenstraße with lines 2, 3 and 10 is right outside the door. You can easily reach any place in town by bike as well.
Wir leben alle gern in einer WG und haben uns bewusst für ein gemeinschaftliches Wohnen entschieden. Wir sind zwischen Ende 20 und Mitte 30, teils studierend, teils promovierend, teils arbeitend. Letztlich hat jeder seinen eigenen Tages-und Wochenablauf, aber in der Küche oder auf dem Balkon kreuzen sich unsere Wege für das WG Leben zum Klönen, Abhängen und Essen, gern auch mit passendem Getränk.
In der Vergangenheit konnte man in der WG alles haben, was man will: Frühe Müsli- und Kaffeerunden, Joggingpartner*innen, Sonne, Blumen und Kräuter auf dem Balkon, gemeinsame Abendessen von früh bis ganz spät, deine Ruhe, wenn du sie brauchst oder immer jemanden zum Schnacken. In der neuen Konstellation wird das sicherlich ähnlich werden, vielleicht noch mit dem ein oder anderen neuen Impuls. Es ist uns auf jeden Fall wichtig, dass sich hier alle wohlfühlen!
Das Haus ist auch voll mit sympatischen und hilfsbereiten Menschen in WGs unterschiedlicher Größe. Innerhalb der WG kommt es häufiger mal zu gemeinsamen Unternehmungen, von Spaziergängen am Deich, Fahrradtouren in die Umgebung bis zu WG-Urlaub weiter weg.
Wir haben nicht alle von klein auf Deutsch gelernt und sprechen daher teilweise Englisch untereinander.

We are facing a big change in the WG: Three roommates are leaving us for Hamburg. We have already found two new, super flatmates for the other rooms, which leaves us looking all together for our fifth person.
We all like to live in a shared flat. We are between our late 20s and our mid-30s, partly studying, partly doing a doctorate, partly working. Ultimately everyone has their own daily and weekly routine, but in the kitchen or on the balcony our paths cross for the shared flat to chat, hang out and eat, also with a suitable drink.
In the WG you can have everything you want: early muesli and coffee rounds, jogging partners, sun, flowers and herbs on the balcony, dinner together from early till late at night, your peace and quiet when you need it or always someone to go to Chat. It is definitely important to us that everyone feels comfortable here!
The house is also full of friendly and helpful people in shared apartments of different sizes. Within the shared flat there are often joint activities, from walks on the dike, bike tours in the surrounding area to shared flat vacations further away.
Nice to know: We share our food and put money in each month in order to support that. Currently everyone puts in € 150 per month, which will be transferred to the shared WG account in advance. Then they buy what they need to support themselves and the flat share. You may still be alone when cooking, but rarely when eating.
We didn't all learn German from an early age and therefore sometimes speak English with each other.
Internet und Telefon sind natürlich inklusive und wir beziehen Ökostrom.
Bei Interesse schreib uns einfach eine Nachricht (Deutsch oder Englisch) und erzähle uns ein bisschen von dir. Am liebsten wäre uns auch ein persönliches Kennenlernen (pandemiebedingt ggfs. an der frischen Luft auf dem Balkon), da es sich um eine Zwischenmiete handelt auch sehr gerne digital.
