A beautiful and modern room available from the 1st of September, located in a renovated picturesque Alt Bremen terrace house.
You will live with Leon who is a Geo science student at the Hochschule. He is German and 25 years old.
You two will share a generous Bathroom and a nice kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher and a fridge including a freezer. A washing machine and a dryer are available in the basement.
The room itself has a built in bed in a niche (not shown in the pictures), which leaves enough space for a sofa, desk and cabinet. There is also plenty of storage space available under the bed.
The historic house has been renovated few years ago. It has a modern heating system with instant hotwater and modernised electrics. Internet is available and included in the price, as well as all other costs (electricity, heating, garbage, insurance, ect.)
Please note, I am the landlord and I don't live in the house.
