Das Zimmer liegt nach Süden mit einem großen Fenster und ist möbliert, allerdings können die Möbel auch in den Abstellraum gestellt werden.
Die Wohnung liegt in der 7. und obersten Etage, privat und ruhig.
Obwohl das Zimmer nicht besonders groß ist, kann der Rest der Wohnung (großes, gemütliches Wohnzimmer und großer Balkon) mitgenutzt werden. Es gibt einen großen Abstellraum in dem zusätzlicher Platz für Sachen ist.
The room is furnished with a single bed and desk, faces south and has a large window. There is also a large storage room free to use. The flat is on the 7th and highest floor in the building, is quiet and private. The room itself is relatively small but the rest of the flat, including a large comfortable living room and a large blakony, is free to use
Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer nähe zu der Tram Linie 2 und 10 (4 Minuten zu Fuß, 5 Minuten Fahrt zum Bhf, 5 Minuten direkt in die Innenstadt) und der Buslinie 28 (20 Minuten bis zur Uni).
Mit dem Fahrrad und zu Fuß ist man schnell im beliebten Stadtteil Findorff, die Weser und der Bürgerpark sind auch gut zu erreichen. Mit dem Fahrrad benötigt man 25 Minuten zur Uni.
Das Haus liegt weit von der Hauptstraße entfernt, in einer großen Grünfläche und ist sehr ruhig.

The flat is close to the tram lines 2 and 10 (4 minute walk, 5 minute journey to the train station, 5 minutes to the city centre) and the bus line 28 (20 minutes to the university).
By bike or by foot one is a short distance from Findorff, the Weser and the Bürgerpark. The university is a 25 minute cycle away. The house is away from the street in an open green space surrounded by trees in a quiet neighbourhood. The closest supermarket is Penny (5 minute walk), there is also a Hol'ab and a Rewe nearby.
Die Wohnung wird von mir und meinem Freund bewohnt. Da ich die nächste 5 Monate wegen des Studiums im Ausland verbringen muss, vermieten wir unser Gästezimmer.
Ross, dein Mitbewohner (27), beginnt im Oktober eine Ausbildung als Altenpfleger. Er hat viele Jahre in WGs, gewohnt, ist sehr umgänglich, respektvoll und entspannt.
Das WG Leben hängt ganz davon ab wie sehr du dich ein bringen willst.
You will share the flat with my boyfriend. I will be abroad for the next 5 months for my studdies so we will be renting our guestroom out. Ross is 27, starting an apprenticeship as a nurse for the elderly in october. He has lived in flatshares for many years so is well used to sharing a living space. He is respecful and relaxed. How social you want to be is entirely up to you :)
Obwohl Ross gerne ein Bier trinkt ist es keine Party WG :), er ist Engländer, spricht aber sehr gutes Deutsch.
Die Wohnung ist schön und heimlich möbliert und ich bin mir sicher, dass du dich wohl fühlen wirst!
Bei Fragen melde ich gerne und wenn es passt, können wir einen Besichtigungstermin vereinbaren.
Ich weiß noch nicht genau, wann ich wieder komme, daher ist das Auszugsdatum flexibel, ca. Ende Januar. Da du im Gästezimmer untergebracht bist, musst du nicht direkt ausziehen.
Ross enjoys a beer but its not a party flat :) He is english but speaks very good german. The flat is homely and comfortable and I'm sure you will quickly feel at home! I'm happy to answer any questions and if you are interested we can arrange a visit.
Because I don't know yet when I will be back, we are flexible with how long you can stay. Approximately end of january, but because you stay in the guestroom you don't have to leave immediately when I come back.
