Das Zimmer ist das kleinste in der WG. Es hat einen schönen Schnitt mit zwei Fenstern und einem schönen Ausblick.

Es handelt sich dabei um eine 3- Zimmer Wohnung. Diese ist mit einer schönen vollwertigen Küche ausgestattet, inklusive: Spülmaschine, Backofen, Mikrowelle etc. Zudem befindet sich im Badezimmer auch eine funktionstüchtige Waschmaschine. Außerdem gibt es noch einen Waschkeller/Farhrradkeller.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer TOP-Lage: In Utbremen unmittelbar zu Findorff, Überseesadt und Walle.
Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind großartig angebunden. Man läuft circa 2-3 Minuten zur Linie 10 und 3. Mit der Linie 3 kommt sehr schnell in die Stadt, sowie auch zur Waterfront. Mit den Linien 10 und 2 kommt man innerhalb von 8 Min zum Hauptbahnhof und auch die Linie 28 befindet sich unmittelbar vor der Tür.
In unmittelbarer Nähe (circa 2 Minuten) befindet sich ein REWE als auch ein Netto, 5 Minuten weiter ein ALDI in der Überseestadt, den man problemlos fußläufig erreichen kann. Auch das Walle-Center ist keine 10 Minuten entfernt. im Center gibtes einen Edeka, Restaurants, Drogerien, Apotheken, Shopping-Geschäfte. Auch Ärzte/Apotheken befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe

The apartment is in a TOP location: In Utbremen directly to Findorff, Überseesadt and Walle.
The public transport is great connected. You walk about 2-3 minutes to the line 10 and 3. With the line 3 comes very quickly into the city, as well as to the Waterfront. Line 10 and 2 take you to the main train station within 8 minutes and line 28 is also right outside the door.
