I am subletting my furnished beautiful room in a 4-WG house in Viertel for about a month. I’m travelling abroad from 22 June to 20 July 2014 or maybe a few days less. The dates are a bit flexible. You can rent the room in the entire period or shorter. Whatever dates suits you the best. We can talk about it. The rent is 400 euro per month all inclusive (rent, electricity, water, internet..) plus 100 euro deposit that you get back immediately after moving out.
The house is quite big, 120 m2 on 2 floors, first and second floor of the whole house. Besides mine (yours) big room of some 26 m2, and the rooms of my housemates, there is a living room (with 2-3 sofas), spacious kitchen (big dining table, all kitchen accessories – fridge, dishwasher, stove with oven, toaster, microwave, juice maker, espresso machine, smoothie maker, and everything else you may find in a nice family house) plus a couch, there are 2 small toilets, one for each floor, and a big bathroom with shower, bathtub and washing machine.
My room has 3 widows directing south, so there is a lot of light. The room is fully furnished with a new big bed with cold foam 20cm high mattress 140x200cm, sofa, 3 armchairs, desk, 2 wardrobes, coffee tables, lamps, etc.
Location is perfect in Viertel, 2 min walking from Weser and 4 min from Sielwall intersection. There you may take trams 2, 3 and 10 - you need 7 min to Hbf and 3 min to city-center.
Bars are all in a walking distance. Shopping is also good, many stores, bakeries, fast-food places, and restaurants are just a few minutes away. There isn't much more to be said about Viertel. Everything is there, and it is near. :)
Still, the house is in a very quiet street, with little traffic and no noise.
My housemates (two girls and a guy) are all nice students in their twenties. They all have some side jobs too, so it happens that we don’t see each other for days, because of our schedules and because the house is so big, so you are not sure if there is someone else there. They are cool, friendly, uncomplicated and easy going, so you can get along with them easily. We have organised our life together nicely, so we share and buy some stuff together.
They all speak German and English, while I am still learning German, but I understand a lot. So, du kannst mich auch auf Deutsch schreiben. :)
