Gemütliches großes Zimmer, Viertel, gesellige WG

Wir, Katja (23), Sebastian (25) und Ronja (23), alle Studenten, suchen zum 01. Juni eine neue Mitbewohnerin oder einen neuen Mitbewohner.

Das Zimmer ist verschärfte 20 m² groß mit zwei Fenstern. Die Möbel (Bett, gr.
Kleiderschrank, kl. Sofa, Couchtisch, Kommode, Schreibtisch, Stuhl und
Lampen) können eventuell abgekauft werden.

Unsere WG liegt in der Kreuzstraße (schönste Straße in Bremen!) im Viertel, zwei Minuten zur Weser, fünf Minuten zum Sielwalleck mit vielen Kneipen, Restaurants, Bars und Supermärkten und der Straßenbahnhaltestelle der Linie 2,3 und 10. Trotz
super zentraler Lage ist die Straße sehr ruhig. Der Preis liegt bei 405 Euro
monatlich mit allem Drum und Dran (also inkl. Strom, Telefon, Internet, GEZ). Unnnnnd es gibt keine Kaution.

Wir sind eine gesellige WG und legen Wert auf ein schönes Zusammenleben. Wir kochen gerne zusammen in unserer gemütlichen Wohnküche, gehen
gemeinsam an die Weser oder auch mal feiern. Ist aber natürlich alles kein Zwang, aber wär natürlich auch nicht schlecht ;-)

Hey guys and girls,
we, Katja (23), Sebastian (25) and Ronja (23), all students, are searching for a new flatmate, who can move in on 01.06.

The room is grandiose 20 m² big and has two windows. The furniture (bed, wardrobe, sofa, dresser, desk, chair and lamps) can be taken over for some money.

Our WG is located in Kreuzstraße (most beautiful street in Bremen!) in Viertel, 2 minutes away from the Weser, 5 minutes from Siellwall corner with a lot of bars, pubs, restaurants, supermarkets and the tram stations of the lines 2,3 and 10. But despite the super central location the street is very quiet. The price is 405 Euros including everything (electricity, telephone, internet, GEZ). Aaaaand there is no deposit to pay.

We are a very convivial WG and set value on a nice living together. We like to cook together in our cosy kitchen/living room, go chilling at the Weser or go out together. Of course it´s not obliged, but it wouldn´t be bad if you´d like that, too ;-)
