ich suche ab Anfang September eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in für eine entspannte 2-er WG im Viertel.
Das Zimmer ist etwa 17 qm Groß und hat 2 große Fenster. Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung, liegt im Dachgeschoss (4. OG) und verfügt über einen gemütlichen Essbereich. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet (E-Herd, Spüle, Waschmaschine), im Bad befindet sich eine Badewanne. Zur Wohnung gehört außerdem ein abschließbarer Kellerraum.
Sie liegt mitten im Viertel zwischen den Haltestellen Brunnenstraße und St. Jürgen Straße. Alles was man so zum Leben braucht (Drogeriemarkt, Supermarkt, Bäcker Biomarkt etc. aber auch zahlreiche Kneipen, Restaurants, Kinos und Kulturzentren) ist direkt um die Ecke und mit der Straßenbahn ist man in nur 5 min. im Zentrum (Domsheide) oder in 7 min. am Hauptbahnhof.
Ich bin 27 Jahre alt und studiere an der Uni Oldenburg. Da ich in der nächste Zeit an meiner Master Thesis schreiben werden bin ich eher auf der Suche nach jemandem der nicht jeden Abend eine Party veranstaltet aber trotzdem an einem geselligen WG-Leben und nicht nur an einer Zweck-WG interessiert ist.
Die Gesamtmiete beläuft sich auf 350,00 € (inkl. aller Nebenkosten sowie Internet-/Telefonflatrate). Die Kaution beträgt eine Monatsmiete (350,00 €)

I am looking for somebody who would like to share this nice top floor apartment with me. The room will be available from the beginning of September 2014.
What you get:
A nice and bright room (17 sqm), a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub. Moreover there is a comfortable dining area in the flat and you have access to a lockable cellar room. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
The Flat is located in the heart of the Bremer “Viertel” (between the stops “Brunnenstraße” and “St. Jürgen Straße”) which has all the necessary amenities you would need on your doorstep including (organic) supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, bars, restaurants, theatres, cinemas and several shops.
Only one minute walking distance to the next tram-station and from there it takes only 5 min. to the city center (“Domsheide”) and only 7 min. to the main station.
What I’m looking for:
I am 27 and I am studying at the University of Oldenburg. I am interested in an open minded and friendly flat mate that likes to hang out and enjoy.
