In the room you will find besides the things you can see on the photo:
mattress for guest, pillow, blanket, sheet and cover for guest, 2 x cover and sheet for your bed (to change for washing), cosy woolen blanket, hot-water-bag, shopping bag, big bag for carrying the laundry (you have to wash and dry laundry at a laundrette 5 min. away from home), hair dryer, first-aid-kit, umbrella and new house shoes, because we all take off shoes in the house. You only have to bring your own towels.
Between "Peterswerder" and "Hulsberg" - lively quarter!

You will share (equiped) kitchen ( share one refrigerator with another flatmate - we have two refrigerators) and bath with three other flatmates.
I only rent rooms to female students ( mostly Erasmus). Cleaning bathroom and kitchen will be done rotatively.
