Neues Fünftel für WG im Viertel!/We are searching for new fellows 13qm

Die WG liegt so ideal in Bremen, dass es nicht zu fassen ist: im Viertel, alles vom Hauptbahnhof zur Weser locker in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad zu erreichen. Bis zur nächsten guten Kneipe, Bäckerei oder zu Supermärkten sind es nur ein paar Meter. Straßenbahnhaltestelle gibts direkt vor der Haustür. Die riesige Wohnung selber liegt im ersten Stock, also muss sich auch niemand totschleppen. Die Küche bietet genug Platz für 5, wenn da mal gemeinsam gefrühstückt werden will – daran angeschlossen ist ein kleiner Balkon. Dazu gibt es noch weitere gigantische Gemeinschaftsräume und gestapelt aufm Klo müssen wir - dank dreifacher Bäder - auch nicht sitzen!

Zusammen wohnen würdest du mit Mara (25, Sozialarbeiterin) und Ken (30, Redakteur). Erstere wohnt seit Anfang des Jahres in der WG und wird vermutlich von der „alten“ Riege die einzige sein, die langfristig wohnen bleibt. Drei Zimmer werden also zeitnah neben diesem hier frei. Eins wird Ken nehmen, Maras Freund. Wer in die beiden anderen einzieht, darüber können wir gerne kollektiv entscheiden.
Wir freuen uns über geteiltes Essen und geteilte Zeit, auf uns gegenseitig und unser Zuhause zu achten. Für den Rest ist ziemlich viel Spielraum, den wir uns gemeinsam erarbeiten können, da sich die WG so gut wie neu zusammenfindet.
WG-Erfahrung wäre von Vorteil, aber ansonsten ist wichtig, dass du eigenverantwortlich bist und z.B. Putzpläne nicht mit Nichtbehandlung strafst. Nicht nur schlechte, sondern keine Karten haben Impfgegnerschaft, bestimmte Formen von Esoterik und sonstige dauerhafte Vernunftabstinenz – die Liste muss hier ja nicht in Gänze stehen. Was aber auch heißt: auf alle anderen und ihre Nachrichten freuen wir uns sehr!

A beautiful room will be available from August 1st in our shared flat „Am Dobben“! Time for you to become part of the quintet! The house is ideally located in Bremen - hard to believe: in „Viertel“, everything from the main station to the Weser can be easily reached in a few minutes by foot or by bike. Great pubs, bakeries or supermarkets are only a few meters away. There is a tram stop right in front of the door. The huge apartment itself is on the first floor, so nobody has to drag themselves to death. The kitchen offers enough space for 5 if we want to have breakfast together - a small balcony is attached to it. In addition there is even more gigantic common space and we don’t have to sit stacked on the toilet - thanks to three bathrooms.
The available room faces the south, offers enough space (13 qm) and a beautiful view of the bustling street life.
You would live together with Mara (25, social worker) and Ken (30, editor). Mara has lived in the shared apartment since the beginning of the year and will probably be the only one of the "old" squad who will stay long-term. So three rooms next to this one will soon become available. One will take Ken, Mara's boyfriend. We could decide collectively who will move into the other two.

We look forward to shared food and shared time, taking care of each other and our home. There is quite a bit room to move that we can work out together, as the flat share is as good as new. Experience in shared flats would be a +, but otherwise it is important that you are responsible and do not handle cleaning plans with non-treatment, for example. There’s no room for vaccine opponents, some kinds of esoteric or other permanent sanity rejections- to be continued … But that also means: We look forward to everyone else and their messages!
