Das Zimmer ist ca 22 m2 und hat einen kleinen Balkon. Ist natürlich auch möbiliert für die Zeit.

The room is about 22 m2 and has a small balcony. All furniture will of course stay in there for the time.
Die WG liegt an der Bismarckstraße und somit sehr zentral gelegen am Rande vom Viertel. Netto ist 4 min zu fuß entfernt, Rewe und Alnatura am Steintor direkt ca. 10 min zu fuß (mit dem Fahrrad wegen dem ganzen Kopfsteinpflaster nicht sonderlich schneller). Zur Uni braucht man ca 15 min mit dem Rad.

The flat is located on Bismarckstraße and thus very centrally located on the edge of the neighborhood "Viertel". Netto is about a 4 min walk away, Rewe and Alnatura at the Steintor about 10 min walk (by bike not particularly faster because of all the cobblestones). To the university you need about 15 min by bike.
Mit dir wohnen dann noch Daisy, Evrim, Nimish (nur im Januar da) und Frauke (zieht im Februar auch um in eine andere Stadt). Alle arbeiten oder studieren. Wir sprechen oft englisch in der WG, weil Nimish noch nicht so viel Deutsch spricht. Es ist eigentlich immer jemand da, mit dem du was unternehmen kannst, das Wg leben ist auch sehr flexibel.

With you live Daisy, Evrim, Nimish (only in January) and Frauke (moves in February to another city). All of us are working or studying. We often speak English in the flat because Nimish doesn't speak much German yet. There is actually always someone there with whom you can do something, the flat-life is also very flexible.
Das Zimmer ist praktisch ab jetzt frei (bis zum 01.03), also könntest schon jetzt einziehen.
