Hej du! Dein Zimmer befindet sich in 2 Etage in eine Mehrefamilienhaus. Es ist ca. 15qm groß und voll möbliert. Es bedeutet hier dass hier schon alles was du brauchst hat: eine Bett mit Matratze, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und eine Kommode und eine Kleidungregal. Übrigens bringe ich mit. Das Zimmer ist sehr hell mit einem riesigen Fenster. Aber die Lage von dem Haus ist sehr ruhig deswegen gibt keine Sorge für laut Geräuchsch.
Your room will be at 2rd floor of the building. It is around 15qm and fully furnished including a bed with mattress, a desk, a kommode and a hanging shelf. The room is always bright due to the large window and you can see beautiful sunset from your room.
Die Lage ist schon ziemlich zentral. Entfernt von Haltstelle Gustavstraße und Walle Bahnhof 7 Minuten zum Fuß. 3 Minuten gibt Bus 26 zu Überseestadt und Hauptbahnhof. Es ist perfekt um hfk zu erreichen. Für Einkaufsmöglichkeit gibt in der Nähe Rewe und Lidl.
The location of this apartment is pretty central. 7 minutes walking to tram stop Gustavstraße as well as the Walle station. 3 minutes to Bus stop for Bus 26 where you can get the Überseestadt. Supermarkets Rewe and Lidl are around the corner.
Du wirdst die WG mit anderer Mädchen teilen. Sie ist sehr ruhig und würdest gerne mit respektvoller Leute zusammenwohnen. Sie ist am meisten unterwegs deshalb ist das WG Leben hier schon sehr zen und ruhig. Es gibt ein Bad und eine Küche die du mit ihr teilen.
You will be sharing this apartment with another girl. She is veru quite and values personal space but other than that is always nice to have a chat in the kitchen. But overall the WG life is very peaceful and quite.
Haustier nach anfragen. Frühesten Einzug ist 15.6. Zwischenmiete ist möglich bis 31.8. Wenn du das Zimmer langfristig übernehmen möchtest, ist Mindestmietenzeit für 1 Jahr erwünscht. Aber wenn du Interesse hast, schreibst gerne und ein Termin für Besichtigung vorschlagen. Bis bald:)
