Das Zimmer ist hell mit hohen Decken und großen Fenstern. In der WG wohnen derzeit 2 nette junge Personen, eine Frau und ein Mann.
Das Zimmer ist ab sofort frei.
Das Haus ist ruhig und es gibt auch wenig Verkehrslärm. Eine gemeinsame Küche gibt die Möglichkeit dort zu essen und sich auch aufzuhalten. Das Bad ist mit einer Badewanne und ein Duschvorhang ermöglicht das bequeme Duschen. Die Wohnung liegt in der 2. Etage und ist in einem guten Zustand. Jedes Zimmer hat ca. 15 qm. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert, aber vielleicht lässt der vorherige Mitbewohner den Schreibtisch stehen.
Das Zimmer kostet 355 Euro (mit NK und mit Heizung und Strom); 500 Euro Kaution

The room is bright with high ceilings and large windows. There are currently 2 nice young people living in the shared apartment, a woman and a man.

The house is quiet and there is little traffic noise. A large shared kitchen gives you the opportunity to eat and hang out there. The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower curtain allows for comfortable showering. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and is in good condition. Each room has approximately 15 square meters. The room is unfurnished, but perhaps the previous roommate will leave the desk.
The room costs 355 euros (included additional costs, heating and electricity), 500 euros deposit.
Walle ist ca. 15 Minuten von der Bremer Innenstadt entfernt. Zur Universität sind es auch ca. 25 Minuten. Es gibt Supermärkte und alle anderen Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Walle is about 10 minutes from Bremen city center. It is also about 25 minutes to the university. There are supermarkets and all other shops for daily needs in the immediate vicinity.

Die WG besteht derzeit aus Safwan, 33 Jahre alt, Mathematikstudent im Master an der Uni Bremen und berufstätig, und
Lisa, 27 Jahre alt, die ihr Referendariat als Grundschullehrerin macht.
Das könnte eine Zweck-WG sein, aber wir hoffen, dass ihr auf jeden Fall miteinander redet und gerne auch mal nett zusammensitzen könnt! Aber natürlich soll jeder seine Ruhe finden können, wenn es nötig ist. Sauberkeit und Ordnung sind uns beiden wichtig.
Wir fahren beide gerne Fahrrad und kochen gut & gerne:)
