I am going on a holiday therefor I would like to rent out my 1,5 room (around 30m2) it is completely furnished and ideal for a couple or someone who likes a lot of space for him/herself.
There are two rooms in the flat, big kitchen, bathroom, small hallway storage room inside the apartment and one outside in the area of shared garden.
The shared garden has an opportunity to grow some veggies/flowers and a space to store bikes.
p.s. I have some plants in my room that would appreciate to be watered from time to time while I'm gone :)
It is quite easy to reach any part of the city from here. Hochschuke fur Kunste is less than 10min walking away or only few min with bus 20, there is a direct bus 28 that takes around 20min to the university; bus 26 could take you to the city centre, Neustadt. Trams 2,3 and 10 are within 5min walk, you can easily reach Viertel/city centre with them. You can find nearly every supermarket in the neighbourhood, Penny, Rewe, Aldi, Lydl, Netto, Edeka and other alternative shopping possibilities. There are a lot of nice bars in the neighbourhood to go out. A big park with a lake to swim in the summer time just a short walk away.
All in all, the location is perfect for those who study in HfK or University.
My name is Julija I am 22, from Lithuania and at the moment I am studying Fine Arts at Hochschule fur Kunste. My flatmate Daniel studies Design in HfK as well. Sometimes we cook and hang out together with some friends here and at times when you need your privacy it is also totally respected :)
