Modern möbliertes und helles Zimmer mit kuscheliger Atmosphäre eines aparten Zweizimmer-Appartments in der Nähe der Überseestadt und der Hochschule für Künste ist nach Absprache ab dem 1.6.24 (eventuell auch früher - bitte anfragen) für eine nette Mitbewohnerin am Start.
Es ist auch möglich das Zimmer als zwei Frauen zu zweit zu bewohnen. Es stehen hierfür sowohl das Bettsofa als auch eine zusätzliche Matratze, die unter das Bett passen und ausreichend Bettzeug, Bettwäsche und Handtücher zur Verfügung.
In diesem Fall wird pro Tag eine Gebühr von 15 Euro für die zweite Person fällig.
Zudem ist es auch möglich Fahrräder von mir zu mieten. Die Gebühr pro Tag und Fahrrad beträgt 5 Euro.
Das Gemach ist mit Laminat ausgelegt, etwa 12 qm groβ und mit groβem Schreibtisch, TV, W-LAN, Bett mit neuwertiger Matratze, Bettsofa & Tischchen, zwei Kommoden und einem Schrank, vollständig und modern möbliert. Bildchen gibt´s anbei.
Das hübsche Zimmer steht vollständig und modern möbliert zur Verfügung.
Das Zimmer steht für eine weibliche Mitbewohnerin bzw. auch für zwei weibliche Mitbewohnerinnen zur Verfügung.
Das Zimmer ist das Richtige für dich, wenn du nach folgendem Ausschau hältst:
- Ort für ein freundliches Miteinander und ein ruhiges Wohnen
- TV mit Kabelanschluss und WLAN Internetzugang
- großer Schreibtisch mit neuem Bürostuhl
- Waschmaschine
- Handtücher, Bettwäsche & Bettzeug können bei Bedarf zur Verfügung gestellt werden
- vollständig mit Koch- und Essgeschirr ausgestattete feine gemütliche Wohnküche
- Geschirrspüler
- 450 Euro Warmmiete bei einem normalen Verbrauch an Wasser und Energie; Kaution gemäß Mietdauer und gemäß Vereinbarung
Es wird darum gebeten, das Rauchen in der Wohnung zu unterlassen.
Zu mir gehört ein kleiner, sehr liebenswerter Chihuahua.
Gute Parkmöglichkeiten in der Straβe. Fahrradkeller vorhanden.
Zum Walle-Center mit Supermärkten, Drogeriemarkt, zahlreichen weiteren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Apotheke und Arztpraxen gelangt man leicht zu Fuβ.
Bremen´s groβzügige Einkaufsmall, die „Waterfront“, das Stadtzentrum, die Hochschulen sowie die Universität sind dank der sich in unmittelbarer Nähe befindlichen Anbindungen an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut zu erreichen:
Direkte schnelle Busverbindung zur Universität in der Nähe (20 Min Fahrt).
Direkte schnelle Straßenbahnverbindung sowohl ins Stadtzentrum (20 Min Fahrt)/ Hochschule Bremen
als auch zum Hauptbahnhof (15 Min Fahrt) in der Nähe.
Direkte Straßenbahnverbindung zu Bremen´s schönster Shoppingmall, der „Waterfront“ (7 Min Fahrt).
In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich die fabelhafte Bremer Überseestadt, die mit herrlichen Restaurants, Bars und tollen Promenaden zu Spaziergängen und Erkundungstouren einlädt und mit weiterer Infrastruktur wie Museen & Ausstellungen und mehreren Fitness-Studios und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten aufwartet.

Room with cozy atmosphere of a nice two-room apartment near the Überseestadt and the Hochschule für Künste is available for a friendly female flatmate. The room is available for one female roommate or also for two female roommates:

To me belongs a small, very lovable Chihuahua.
Good parking facilities in the street, in front of the house.
Bicycle cellar available.
To the Walle center with supermarkets, drugstore, numerous further purchase possibilities, pharmacy and doctor´s practices one arrives easily by foot.
Bremen´s shopping mall, the "Waterfront", the city centre, the universities (Hochschule Bremen and very nearby Hochschule für Künste) and the university are all within easy reach thanks to the nearby public transport connections:
Direct fast bus connection to the university nearby (20 min drive).
Direct, fast tram connection both to the city centre (20 min. drive)/ Bremen University of Applied Sciences (Hochschule Bremen)
as well as to the main railway station (15 min drive) nearby.
Direct tram connection to Bremen's most beautiful shopping mall, the "Waterfront" (7 min drive).
In the immediate vicinity is Bremen's fabulous Überseestadt (Overseas City), which with its wonderful restaurants, bars and great promenades invites you to take a stroll and explore the city, and also offers further infrastructure such as museums & exhibitions and several gyms and shopping facilities.
