Das Zimmer ist ca. 20 m² groß und befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Es ist geräumig und hell, und so ist die ganze Wohnung.
Ein paar möbel können gegen einen kleinen aufpreis abgegeben werden, aber das kann bis zur Diskussion sein. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Garten und einen Keller für Fahrräder.

The room is about 20 m² and it's located on the ground floor. It's spacious and bright, and so is the whole apartment. I can leave some of the furniture for a small price, but that can be up to discussion. There is also a small garden and a cellar for bikes.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend in Walle (Steffensweg). Es ist sehr gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln verbunden: 1 Gehminute zur Buslinie 28, die von der HfK zur Uni Bremen fährt, und 6 Gehminuten zu den Straßenbahnlinien 2, 3 und 10. Ein Rewe-Supermarkt ist nur 1 Gehminute entfernt, und gibt es viele andere Supermärkte, Restaurants und Cafés In der Nähe.

The flat is located in a quiet area in Walle (Steffensweg). It is very well connected by public transport: 1 minute walk to the bus line 28, which goes from HfK to Uni Bremen, and 6 minute walk to tram lines 2, 3, 10. A Rewe supermarket is only 1 minute away, and there are plenty of other supermarkets, restaurants and cafes close by.
Du lebst bei Anna, die nebenbei in Bremen arbeitet, und Rami, die an der Hochschule für Künste studiert und Musikproduzentin ist. Das WG-Leben ist eine perfekte Balance zwischen zusammen kochen und hängen und einem Rückzug in die eigenen Räume.
Englisch zu sprechen ist sehr wichtig, weil nicht alle Mitbewohner Deutsch sprechen können!

You will be living with Anna, who is working part time in Bremen and Rami, who is studying in Hochschule für Künste and is a music producer/writer. The WG life is a perfect balance between cooking and hanging out together and a retreat to own rooms.
English speaking is important, because not all the roommates can speak German.
