Wir suchen ab dem 15.02/01.03 für unsere wunderbare, familiäre WG eine/n liebe/n Nachmieter/-in da wir uns nach langen gemeinsamen WG Jahren von einer Mitbewohnerin trennen. Diese Zeit haben wir das Neugeborenes, ist relativ viel zu tun. Deswegen haben wir den Einzugstermin bis 15.02/01.03.
Da wir alle noch lange zusammen wohnen wollen. Mindestens ein Jahr solltest du schon bei uns wohnen wollen.
Wichtig zu wissen, bei uns lebt aktuell die kleine zwei und halb jährige Annabelle, sehr kontaktfreudig und aktiv. Ab Dezember gibt es dann ebenfalls ein kleines süßes Neugeborenes. Für das Zusammenleben mit Kindern müsstest du also eher offen sein.
Wir bewohnen ein schönes neues Reihenhaus in einer freundlichen Nebenstraße im Osterfeuerberg und haben einen Garten und sehr nette Nachbarn. Das Haus hat 8 Zimmer auf vier Etagen. Dazu kommt ein Keller, ein Dachboden, drei WCs und zwei Badezimmer (mit Badewanne, Luxus!), einen wunderbareren Balkon, eine kleine aber feine Küche und ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer.
Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 15 m² groß in Erdgeschoss für 200 € kalt, Nebenkosten(Strom+ Wasser + Internet + WG Kasse etc) ca. 60 Euro. Direkt neben dem Zimmer befindet sich ein kleine Toilette.

From 15.01/01.02.2020 we are looking for a new room-mate for our wonderful, familial flat because our flat mate is leaving after many years together. This time we have the newborn, there is a lot to do. That is why we have the move-in date until February 15th / March 1st.
We are looking for someone to live with us for a long time. We want someone to stay with us for minimum one year.
Important to know is that at the moment we have little 2 and half year old Annabelle, a very activ and communicative little girl living with us. From december on there will hopefully additionally be a cute lovely newborn. So you should definitely be open to living with kids. :)
We live in a nice new terraced house in a friendly side street in Osterfeuerberg and have a garden and very nice neighbours. The house has 8 rooms on four floors. In addition there is a cellar, an attic, three toilets and two bathrooms (with bathtub, luxury!), a wonderful balcony, a small but warm kitchen, right next to our living room.
The room is about 15m² and is in the first floor. It costs €200, plus additional costs (electricity+ water + internet + flat costs etc) approx. 60 Euro. There is also a small toilet next your room.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt neben dem Bahnhof Walle. Es gibt alle möglich Verbindungen, sowie die Regionalbahn (RS1), Straßenbahnen (Linie 2, 10) und Busse (Linie 26) nähe (in 3 min. zu Fuß). Außerdem gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (5min). Die Hochschule für Künste kann man in ca 10 Minuten erreichen. Zur Uni braucht man mit dem Fahrrad 25 Minuten, fährt dafür aber direkt durch den Bürgerpark. Mit Bus und Bahn ist man in 30 min an der Uni.

The apartment is right next to the Walle railway station. There are several connections, like the regional train (RS1), trams (line 2, 10) and busses (line 26) nearby (3 min. by foot). In addition there are many shopping possibilities in the proximity (5min). The University of the Arts can be reached in about 10 minutes. To University you need about 25 min (depends how fast your cycling) by bike right through the lovely Bürgerpark. By bus, train or tram you need about 30 min.
WG-Leben
Wir 4 mit einem Kleinkind (Sie wächst echt schnell) wohnen gerne zusammen und kochen gerne am Abend oder Brunchen zusammen. Manchmal machen wir auch alle zusammen eine Fahrradtour/Filmabend.
Wir mögen alle gerne Essen! Unsere Kochkünste sind allerdings unterschiedlich stark ausgeprägt, da wir alle irgendwie woanders herkommen, kann man hier viel unterschiedliches Essen probieren. Daher sind wir auch offen für alle neuen Kulturen. Aktuell sprechen wir English, Deutsch, Spanisch und Chinesisch.
Da wir das ganze Haus gemietet haben, haben wir viele Möglichkeiten unser Zuhause zu gestalten. Bei uns kannst du also deine ganze Kreativität auslassen. Auch in unserem Garten Grillen wir gerne (bald sogar mit neuem Grill :) )
Wir gucken alle gerne Filme zusammen, (ist aktuell etwas eingeschlafen, aber mit Dir machen wir das sofort wieder) und quatschen gerne etwas wenn wir uns in der Küche über den Weg laufen.
Da wir jetzt alle Baby/Kleinkind erprobt sind, gibts ab Dezember nochmal Nachwuchs in Form eines kleinen Neugeborenen.

ENGLISH
There are four of us plus a happy active toddler and we like to live together, cook in the evening or have a brunch on a sunny Saturday morning. We all love to eat! Our cooking skills do vary, but our love for food units us :D Since we are all from different background, there is always new food to try in our kitchen. We are also open to any new cultures and together we speak Englisch, German, Spanish and Chinese.
Sometimes we do bicycle tours together or we all like to watch films together. Film nights have become a bit rare lately but with you we would all start watching again.
Since we rent a whole house with a garden, we have a lot of possibilities to be creative in the house and in the garden. We would be happy if you would want to join us and put your love and energy into our common place.
Since we are already all very trained having a baby or a toddler around, there will be a second little baby in the house from december on.
