Die Wohnung befindet sich in Walle, ca. 2-3 Minuten von Bf Walle entfernt. Von Bf Walle dauert die Zugfahrt zum Bremer Hauptbahnhof nur ca. 3-5 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist auch ein paar Minuten (ca. 5-6 Minuten) zu Fuß von einer S-Bahn-Haltestelle entfernt, wo man die S-bahnlinien 2 und 10 erreichen kann. Es gibt auch eine Bushaltestelle neben dem Bf, wo die Busse 20, 26 und N7 verkehren.
In der Nähe gibt es ein Einkaufszentrum mit Edeka, Aldi, Rossman, TEDi usw. Auch Rewe, Penny und Netto sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Fast alles, was man braucht, ist zu Fuß erreichbar.

The flat is located in Walle, about 2-3 min walk to Bf Walle. From Bf Walle, it only takes about 3-5 min train ride to Bremen Central Station. The flat is also a few min (about 5-6 mins) walk from a S-Bahn stop where you can access tram 2 and 10. There is also a bus stop next to Bf, where bus 20, 26 and N7 operate.
There is a shopping centre nearby with Edeka, Aldi, Rossman, TEDi, etc. Also, Rewe, Penny and Netto are a short walk away. Pretty much everything you need is situated within walking distance.

Du würdest mit Dustin, einem Musikstudenten an der HfK, Ella, auch einem Musikstudenten an der HfK und Yong, einem Doktoranden der Quantenchemie an der Uni Bremen, zusammenleben. Wir suchen eine/n nette/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in, der/die in unsere Wohnung einzieht. Für uns ist es wichtig, dass du aufgeschlossen bist und gleichzeitig für Ordnung und Sauberkeit sorgst. Du kannst gerne Freunde für Abendessen, Partys usw. haben, solange du nach dir selbst aufräumst. Es wird auch bevorzugt, dass du beide Deutsch und Englisch sprichst, da die Wohnung eher international ist.

You'll be living with Dustin, a music student at HfK, Ella, also a music student at HfK and Yong, a PhD candidate in quantum-chemistry at Uni Bremen. We are looking for a lovely new flatmate to move into our flat. For us it's important that you are open and social but keep things clean and tidy at the same time. You are welcome to have friends over for dinners, gatherings, parties, etc. as long as you clean after yourself. It's also preferred that you speak both German and English as the flat is rather international.

Du musst nicht viel in die WG mitbringen. Wir haben so ziemlich alles, was man braucht, von einer Waschmaschine bis zum Besteck (wir haben sogar einen Wäschetrockner und eine Spülmaschine). Wir haben den nettesten Vermieter, der uns alles zur Verfügung gestellt hat und sehr schnell auf alles reagiert, was mit der Wohnung zu tun hat. Du musst für nichts extra bezahlen, da 320 EUR (unmöbliert) / 340 EUR (möbliert) Gas, Strom, WLAN, Wasser usw. beinhalten. Es ist keine Kaution erforderlich.

You don't have to bring much to the flat share. We have pretty much everything you need from a washing machine to cutlery (we even have a tumble dryer and a dishwasher). We have the nicest landlord who provided us with everything and is very prompt to respond to anything to do with the flat. You don't have to pay extra cost for anything as 320 EUR (unfurnished) / 340 EUR (furnished) includes gas, electricity, Wifi, water, etc. No deposit/Kaution required.
