Hallo!
In unserer WG in Walle ist aktuell kurzfristig ein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete von jetzt bis ungefähr Mitte/Ende März frei, da unsere angepeilte Zwischenmiete doch nicht geklappt hat.
Das Zimmer ist gut 18qm groß und die monatliche Miete sind 310€ mit allem drum und dran. Über die Miete können wir natürlich sprechen, je nachdem wie lange du hier wohnst.
Das Zimmer ist aktuell eher unmöbiliert, wir haben in unserem Keller aber noch so Sachen wie Matratzen, Paletten für ein Palettenbett, einen Schreibtisch und können uns jeden Fall auch mit darum kümmern, dass dort Möbel reinkommen.

In our shared flat in Walle we currently have a free room for short-term rent from now until the middle/end of March. The short-term rent that was originally planned unfortunately was cancelled.
The room is about 18m2 and the monthly rent is 310€ with everything included. Of course we can talk about the rent depending on how long you'll stay here.
Currently there is barely any furniture in the room, but he have things in our basement like a desk, a mattress and pallets to build a bed and we can help you to find more furniture.
Unsere Wohnung liegt zwischen den Haltestellen Grenzstraße und Wartburgplatz, sodass die Bahnen 2, 3, 10 und darüber hinaus die Busse 20 und 28 sehr einfach zu erreichen sind. Der Bahnhof ist nur 10 Minuten entfernt.

Our flat is right in between the tram stops Grenzstraße and Wartburgplatz, which means that the trams 2,3,10 are easily to reach within max. 5 minutes. Additionally the busses 20 and 28 have stops nearby. To thw main station it is about 10 minutes with the tram.

Wir, das sind Modou und Anna, sind aktuell relativ viel zuhause, kochen gemeinsam und verbringen gerne Zeit zusammen in der Küche. Wir teilen uns unsere Lebensmittel - tendenziell vegetarisch aber nicht immer - ob du das auch machen möchtest ist dir aber natürlich freigestellt. Wir sprechen miteinander Deutsch und Englisch.
Uns ist eine Sensibilität für diskriminierende Verhaltensweisen und Machtstrukturen wichtig.

We are Modou and Anna. At the moment we are at home a lot, cook together and like to spend time together in the kitchen. We share all of the food we buy (mostly vegetarian but not always). Of course you can decide yourself whether you'd like to join in sharing food etc. With each other we speak German and English.
