About the room:
Since I am leaving the flat we offer a room (18m²) in our lovely WG in Bremen, Walle. Besides the room the flat comes with a big kitchen, a guest toilet and a big bathroom downstairs equipped with a toilet and a shower. Also there is a garden that can be accessed via the room.
Über das Zimmer:
In unserer WG wird ein Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer befindet im Souterrain und umfasst circa 18m². Die Wohnung selbst besteht aus einer Küche, einem Gäste-WC, einem großen Bad im Souterrain mit Toilette sowie einer Dusche und den drei WG-Zimmern (zwei im Erdgeschoss und dem freien Zimmer im Souterrain). Zusätzlich gibt es einen kleinen Garten mit Zugang über das freie Zimmer.
Area:
The flat is located in Steffensweg 26 in 28217 Bremen, Walle. The public transportation are just around the corner with the tram line 2, 3 and 10 being only 5 to 10 minutes by foot. Next to the flat is a REWE grocery store. On the opposite site of our street is a small park perfect for a walk in the green (especially during lockdowns).
Lage:
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Steffensweg 26 in 28217 Bremen Walle. Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel wie dem Bus oder der Straßenbahn der Linie 2, 3 und 10 sind in 5 bis 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Direkt um die Ecke befindet sich ein REWE mit dazugehörigem Getränkemarkt sowie ein HOL AB Getränkemarkt. Direkt gegenüber der Wohnung gibt es außerdem das „Waller Grün“, ein kleiner Park, in dem man sich während der aktuellen Lage gut die Beine bei einem Spaziergang im Grünen vertreten kann.
WG-Live:
You will live together with George. He studies at the HFK in Bremen and is totally into music and likes to make sound effects and already works for a company in this field. And the other roomate will be Hyunjin. She studies at fashion at HFK. We like to sit together in the kitchen and chat, but most of the time we spend in our rooms working on our projects. From time to time we sit down and watch some Netflix together. All in all it is a calm and easy going WG. We help each other and are all kind:)
WG-Leben:
Du würdest mit George zusammenleben. George studiert an der HFK und beschäftigt sich sehr viel mit Musik und Sound sowohl in seinem Studium, seinem Nebenjob sowie in seiner Freizeit. Die andere Mitbewohnerin ist Hyunjin, sie studiert Mode an der HFK in Bremen. Einen Großteil der Zeit arbeitet jeder von uns an seinen eigenen Sachen in seinem Zimmer und wir treffen uns daher eher abends in der Küche zum gemeinsamen Bierchen und zum Schnacken oder dem gemeinsamen Schauen von Filmen/Serien. Allgemein gilt Leben und Leben lassen und wir sind alle sehr unkompliziert:)
Misc.:
Sadly, no pets are allowed by the landlord.
The total cost for the room is: 256 Euro for the rent, 50 Euro for operating costs to the landlord, and 39 Euro for internet and electricity to George. The deposit is 400 Euro. So the rent and everything else per month in total is 345 Euro plus the deposit when you move in.
Since George speaks english and arabic it would be good if you'd speak one of the two languages.

Leider, erlaubt der Vermieter keine Haustiere in der WG.
Es sei noch erwähnt, dass die Kosten sich aus 256 Euro Kaltmiete und 50 Euro Betriebskosten an den Vermieter und ca. 39 Euro für Strom und Internet an George monatlich zusammensetzen mit einer Kaution von 400 Euro. Also alles zusammen ergibt 345 Euro pro Monat plus die einmalige Kaution bei deinem Einzug.
Da George englisch und arabisch spricht wäre es von Vorteil, wenn du ebenfalls eine dieser Sprachen sprichst.
