Hi! I am leaving my beautiful room in a 3-WG in Walle. The WG is located on the first 2 floors of a typical Bremer house. On the ground floor we have a small kitchen with a table to eat, a couple of small storage rooms, the bedroom of my flatmate and a large toilet with shower; on the first floor there is my room, the room of my other flatmate and a small room with a sofa which we use as a common or guest room. In the backyard there is a medium size garden, with a table where you can study or eat on sunny days and rose plants. The room is spacious (15m2) and it faces the garden. It has a wooden floor and basic furniture which I can sell for a low price.
The WG is very close to the Walle center, which has all you need to survive, and around 15 minutes by tram (2,3,10) or by bike to the central station and city centre. The Uni Bremen is ca. 30 minutes by bus or bike.The neighbourhood is quiet yet filled with nice bars and cafes. We are also very close to the Waller park, the Uberseestadt and the Hochschule für Künste. Feldmarksee is around 15-20 minutes by bike and is amazing for a bath in the summer.
My flatmates are cool and easy-going, both piano students at the Hfk Bremen (but they don't practice at home!). We´re looking for a friendly, clean and open minded person which has some experience with shared flats, preferably a student.
Hallo! Ab Mai wird mein tolles Zimmer in ein 3-WG in Walle frei. Die WG liegt auf 2 Etagen eines Typischen Bremer Haus. Auf dem Erdgeschoss liegt die Küche, mit einem Tisch zu essen, ein Paar Abstellräume, ein Zimmer und ein grosses Bad mit Dusche. Auf der 2 etage liegt mein Zimmer, mein mitbewohner´s Zimmer und ein kleines Wohnzimmer das wir auch als Gastzimmer benutzen. Es gibt noch einen scönen Garten. Das Zimmer ist Groß und das Fenster gibt auf dem Garten. Es ist einfach möbliert und die möbeln sollten für weniger Geld übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung ist sehr nah zur Walle center und nur 15 minuten mit der Bahn (2,3,10) oder Fahrrad zur Hbf und Stadtzentrum entfernt. Die Uni Bremen ist in ca. 30 Minuten mit Bus ider Fahrrad zu erreichen. Die Lage ist ruhig und viele bars und cafes sind in der Nähe. Gut erreichbar sind auch der Waller Park, Überssestadt und die Hochschule für Künste. Feldmarksee zum baden ist der beste!
Meine Mitbewohnern sind cool und easy-going, beide studieren Klavier an der Hfk (aber üben zu Hause nicht!). Wir suchen nach einem netten, sauber und open minded Mensch, der WG erfarhen ist, lieber eine/n Student/in.
