Hello future roommates,
A roommate is moving out on 15th June & another on 1st July, so we are looking for a new roommate. That's why we're looking forward to seeing you and some fresh vibes in our flatshare.
In order to be able to move in with us, you must be enrolled at a university in the federal state of Bremen. The rooms are about 16 square meters and furnished (built-in closet, desk, chair, two shelves, and a bed).
Cost: €282 (warm). Internet is included (cable). In addition, there are only costs for the washing machines in the dormitory (1.50 €/laundry, 1.50 € dryer) and 10 € per month for the WG Kasse (with this money we buy all the collective stuff for the flat and also we pay the radio fees).
The location here is central but still nice and green and quiet. The bus stop "Weidedamm Süd" is right in front of the door. From there the bus goes to Am Brill and Domsheide. The 26 and 27 to the main station are within walking distance. The main train station can also be reached in 8 minutes by bike or in 15 minutes on foot. The Bürgerpark is practically our garden for us 😉. Rewe, Aldi, Lidl, Rossmann, and the post office can be reached by bike in 5-10 minutes and on foot in less than 10 minutes. The university can be reached by bike in 15 minutes and by bus in 12.
It never gets boring in our flatshare, everyone is up for fun, but also up for deep talk. We like to cook together in the evening, watch films and series, have brunch together and in summer we also like to sit on our balcony, do sports or music together and party, we can call ourselves a "party WG".
We are the K3 Kingdom and everyone is always welcome. Paulo (25) is from Bolivia, a melomaniac, the WG's DJ and studies sociology, Rohan (23) from India, studies microelectronics, he's the chef of the WG, so if you're broke or hungover, he'll definitely help you. Aisha (19) from Azerbaijan, studies communication sciences, loves food but doesn't cook, loves her cigarettes, and always hands out sweets. Gaby (23) Gringa from the USA is a self-proclaimed WG chef (you decide whether it's her or Rohan, the master of the dolls) and always available for discussions about interesting stuff, she's the one moving out in July. Adham (24) Syrian, studies digital media, gamer of the wg, he's always up for lighting a few J's if you know what that means.... 😉. Maroua (23) loves weightlifting and Ehsan (40) is always up for surprising others with his Whisky bottle and shots. Both moved here a few months ago and fit our flatshare perfectly.
