Ich vermiete den unteren Teil meiner Wohnung in Woltmershausen unter. Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Zimmern, die durch eine Tür verbunden sind, aber auch einzelne Türen haben, um vom Flur dorthin zu gelangen; eine Küche, ein Badezimmer und einem voll ausgebauten Dachboden, den ich bewohen. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert mit einem Bett, Tisch, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler und einer Waschmaschine. Sie befindet sich im ersten Stock eines kleinen Hauses.
Meine Mitbewohnerin wird ab September für einige Monate im Ausland sein, weshalb wir ihre Zimmer im ersten Stock untervermieten.
Die Miete beträgt 410Euro pro Monat.
I rent the lower part of my apartment in Woltmershausen under. The apartment consists of two rooms connected by a door, but also have individual doors to get there from the hallway; a kitchen, a bathroom and a fully finished attic, which I occupy. The apartment is fully furnished with a bed, table, refrigerator, dishwasher and a washing machine. It is located on the second floor of a small house.
My roommate will be abroad for a few months starting in September, so we are subletting her rooms on the second floor.
The rent is 410Euro per month.
Die Wohnung ist mit dem Bus 24 gut erreichbar und es gibt einen REWE in der Nähe, beide sind etwa 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, dass man bei offenem Fenster schlafen kann und vom Vogelgezwitscher geweckt wird :)
It is well connected by bus 24 and there is a REWE closeby, both within a walking distance of approximately 2 minutes. The surrounding area is very quiet, so it is possible to sleep with an open window to be woken up by the birds singing :)
Die Wohnung würdest du mit mir, Carlotta (32), teilen. Ich mache mein Meisterschülerjahr an der Hfk und arbeite als Dozentin in Hildesheim an der Universität. Im Laufenden Semester bin ich also viel unterwegs, im Atelier oder am Lohnarbeiten. Ansonsten bin ich eine ruhige Mitbewohnerin, mag es, wenn es sauber ist in der Wohnung und koche gerne am Abend. Öfter ist auch mein Freund mit Hund zu Besuch. Eine schöne schwarze Hündin aus Italien.
Ich mache gerne viel Sport, joggen, schwimmen, klettern und ich gehe regelmäßig um die Ecke boxen.
Ich suche eine Person, die Lust hat den Winter hier zu wohnen und auf ein entspanntes Miteinander im Sinne von Alles kann, nichts muss. Ich lebe gerne mit anderen Menschen zusammen, schätze aber auch meine Zeit allein. Also freue ich mich auch über gemeinsames Abendbrot oder Kaffee am Morgen.
