Das Zimmer ist ca. 9qm groß, gut geschnitten, möbliert mit einem großen Schreibtisch, einem Bett und einem Schrank. Das Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster, das nicht zur Straße rausgeht und daher sehr leise ist. Das Zimmer ist zwar kleiner als das andere Zimmer, dafür kann ein schönes und komplett ausgestattetes Wohnzimmer mitgenutzt werden. Auch in der Küche ist Platz um mit ein paar Leuten bequem zusammen zu sitzen.
Der Balkon ist bedingt nutzbar, da er nur über das Zimmer der Mitbewohnerin erreichbar ist.
The room is about 9qm in size. The room is furnished with a big desk, a bed and a closet. It is calm and has a big window. The apartment has a living room with a nice couch and TV. The kitchen is big enough to sit together with a few people.
There also is a balcony, but it is only accessible via the room of the housemate.
Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Woltmershausen. 10 Minuten vom Hochschulstandort Neustadtswall entfernt. In die Stadt dauert es mit dem Rad oder dem Bus ca. eine viertel Stunde. Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind keine 5 Minuten entfernt. In der einen Richtung gibt es Rewe, Edeka und Aldi und in die Andere Lidl, Netto und Hol-Ab. Eine Sparkasse ist direkt um die Ecke und eine Commerzbank in der Nähe. Nach einem nur ca. 5 minütigen Fußweg kommt man zu einem kleinen Park direkt am Weserufer, wo es sich außerdem gut laufen lässt.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer Seitenstraße und ist deshalb ruhig gelegen.
The apartment is located in the district „Woltmershausen“, 10 minutes away from the University „Neustadtswall“. The city is approximately 15 minutes away, by bike or by bus. Grocery stores are near by. The „Sparkasse“ is right next to the apartment and a „Commerzbank“ is close. The Weser with a park is only a 5 minutes foot walk away and is good for running.
The apartment is located in a side street and is therefore quit.
Zusammen wohnen wirst Du mit mir, Marianne, genannt Janne (23, Freizeitwissenschafts-Studentin). In der Zeit in der Du mit mir zusammen wohnen wirst, werde ich mein Praktikum bei der Messe Bremen absolvieren und ich weiß noch nicht wie zeitaufwändig das sein wird, ich denke aber, dass ich abends und am Wochenende Zeit haben werde um zusammen etwas zu unternehmen. Ich mache gerne Sport, gehe tanzen, kann aber auch gut einfach mal einen gemütlichen Abend zu Hause verbringen. Wichtig ist mir ein unkompliziertes und harmonisches Zusammenleben. Gemeinsamen Aktivitäten sowie feiern, kochen oder zusammen auf dem Sofa rum lungern stehe ich immer offen gegenüber.
You will live together with me, Marianne, called Janne (23, leisure studies student). During the time you going to live with me I'm doing an internship at the Messe Bremen. I don't know yet how much time I need to spend on that, but I think that I will have time in the evenings and on the weekends to do something together. I like to do sports, go dancing but I also like to spend a calm evening at home. Important to me is a simple and harmonious coexistence. I am open to joined activities like cooking, partying or just hang on the couch together.
Falls notwendig kannst Du auch schon ab Mitte Februar einziehen. Bis ca. Mitte März wird mein Freund noch mit in der Wohnung sein.
If you need to, you can already move in in the middle of february. Till the middle of march my boyfriend will still be in the flat.
