The furnished bedroom for rent in a 2-person shared flat is around 8m2, and is located in a quiet area. The entire flat is furnished, has a total area of 56m2 and is on the first floor of a 3-level apartment building with 6 units only. There is a spacious common room with living and dining area, a bathroom with bathtub and window, a balcony facing a backyard, and a kitchen with oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer. The flat’s washing machine is in the basement.
With Bus 24 from a stop 5-minute walk away, Hochschule Bremen can be reached in 10 minutes, city center in 12 minutes, and main train station in 20 minutes. Lidl, Netto, REWE and Aldi supermarkets are within 10 to 15 minutes walking distance. There is a nice jogging path to the Weseruferpark along the Weser River. The flat is ideal for a young professional or for a graduate (PhD or Master) level student.
I’m 34 years old, and doing my PhD studies in Bremen but I am often away for my courses in Denmark or in Brazil for my field work. You will have the flat for yourself most of the time. I am an uncomplicated, cheerful, very international and open-minded person, and hoping to have similar flatmate. I also speak German, and learning Brazilian Portuguese and Spanish at the moment.
