The room is 20qm. It includes a bed, table, wardrobe and almost everything needed in a cozy room. :)
The flat has a big, newly renovated kitchen with a small area to sit together. There is a nice balcony next to the kitchen with room for plants. There is one bathroom, which is also recently renovated. We also have a cellar with a washing machine. There is an entry hall with space for shoes and other things.
Lage
The WG is located in Fesenfeld, in a peaceful neighbourhood, but only a few minutes away from Viertel, the fun-loving area of the city. It takes 10 min to go to the Hauptbahnhof, about 15 min to University by bike and 10 min. to Hochschule. There are two Nettos right around the corner and also a Rewe and an Edeka close by. The next bus station is 4 min away.
WG-Leben
The WG consists of 3 people, you would be living with Hanna (28) and Aisha (21). We are all students, coming from different backgrounds and cultures, bringing an international vibe to the flat. During the day, we are usually working or at Uni, but in the evenings we love to have little cooking sessions, enjoy our wonderful balcony or have a drink together.
There is a cleaning schedule we make sure we stick to, and we think its important that everyone contributes to keeping the flat clean and cozy for us all.
We are a LGBTQ+ friendly, Vegan-friendly WG, so don’t hesitate to contact us 😊

Since I will be leaving the flat only for 3 months, please only send us a message if you would like to stay for the given timeframe.
