Es ist ein schönes, helles 15 m2 großes Zimmer mit dem Blick auf einen kleinen Park in einer hübschen Wohnung im 1.Stock zu vermieten.
Dein mit Holzboden ausgestattete Zimmer beinhaltet auch:

Das Bad mit Fenster verfügt über eine Badewanne mit Regendusche und Waschmaschine.
Die helle Küche ist ausgestattet mit Induktionsherd, Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlschrank und Spülmaschine. Zur gemeinsamen Benutzung haben wir alles was man beaucht: Töpfe, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Pfannen, Handmixer etc.
Außerdem haben wir einen großen Keller, wo man beispielsweise das Fahrrad abstellen kann.

There is a nice, bright 15 m2 room for rent with a view of a small park in a lovely 1st floor flat.
Your room, equipped with wooden floor, includes:

The bathroom with window has a bathtub with rain shower and washing machine.
The bright kitchen is equipped with induction cooker, oven, refrigerator with freezer and dishwasher. For common use we have everything you need: pots, toaster, kettle, pans, hand mixer etc.
We also have a large cellar where you can park your bike, for example.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Sępolno, einem familienfreundlichen, ruhigen und sehr grünem Viertel.
Die Anbindung an Bus und Bahn ist großartig.
Zur nächsten Bushaltestelle sind es nur 3 Minuten Fußweg. Die dort fahrenden Busse bringen Dich zur Medizinischen und Technischen Universität (8min.), ins Stadtzentrum/Rynek (20min.) oder zum Hauptbahnhof (25min.)
Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist 7 Minuten entfernt.

The flat is located in Sępolno, a family-friendly, quiet and very green neighbourhood.
The connection to bus and train is great.
The nearest bus stop is only a 3-minute walk away. The buses running there will take you to the Medical and Technical University (8min.), to the city centre/Rynek (20min.) or to the main railway station (25min.).
The tram stop is 7 minutes away.
Wir sind zwei Medizinstudentinnen im zweiten Jahr.
Wir sind 20 und 21 Jahre alt.
Wir schauen gerne verschiedene Serien von Supernatural bis hin zu K-Dramen.
In jeder Ecke unserer Wohnung steht eine Pflanze und zum Frühstück hören wir uns gerne Mal einen True-Crime Podcast an.
