I just got the permission to start a WG in my 3 room apartment in Bruchsal. (The apartment is too big for me, so I would like to share it with other people)
(All three rooms are up for discussion)
Rooms:
- There are a total of 3 rooms in the apartment (14 m^2, 10^2, and 25^2),. Two out of the three rooms are fully furnished (furniture belongs to me)
- We need to decide how to select the rooms. Naturally, the rent will be split fairly depending upon the room size.
Other facilities
- Keller available
- One bathroom (shower, toilet) and another guest toilet.
- Parking place (one available for 30 euro extra)
- Washing machine available
- Spülmaschine available
- Balkon available
- Common building garden (can be used for grilling)
(Furniture, washing machine, and extra-large Kühlschrank belong to me and I would love to share it with you)
About me
I am a Mechanical Engineer working in Volocopter for a year now.
When I am not working, I am usually going to Karlsruhe or Heidelberg to meet my friends. So I am often out of the apartment in the evenings.
Hobbies: Tennis, Djembe, and Theater acting (full disclosure: I suck in all of them :p)
