It's a 190sqm flat located in district 5, close to the Nyugati pályaudvar; the flat is surrounded by public transport (Metro 3, Tram No. 4-6 Bus 9). The apartment is on the second floor of a classical house, the building has an elevator. The apartment has 5 bedrooms, with double bed in each one. All of the rooms are very bright. furnished to high standard. One room has a balcony and most of the flat there is also air conditioning. There is a big kitchen, 2 complet bathrooms plus one guess toilet. The flat is fully equipped; washing machine, dishwasher, dryer Wi-Fi, television, big fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, etc. The flat is ideal for students or for a big family. Rental contract for 12 month or longer
The apartment is located on a beautiful street of Budapest: on Stollár street, near Nyugati pályaudvar. That means: it is located in the central city - so subway (metro 3), tram (4-6) have stops just a few minutes walk from the apartment. The house has a very classic inner courtyard..

Prices are rental price + averege utility cost. If utility cost go ahed from 200 € the difference will be divided into the 5 bedrooms in 1/5 to each.

The flat is ideal for 5 students or for a family and can be rented for a minimum of 3 months.
