Da sich mein Erasmus-Semester dem Ende neigt, suche ich ein*e geeignete Nachmieter*in für mein WG-Zimmer in Budapest.
Mindestaufenthalt sind 6 Monate, d.h. bis 30.06.2024. Du kannst aber auch gerne länger bleiben.
Bei dem Zimmer handelt es sich um Zimmer 1 in der Wohnung. Größe: 12+5m2. Es wird möbliert vermietet. Weiterhin verfügt es über einen Parkettboden und hat eine 2. Etage (Galerie), in der das Bett steht. Selbstverständlich auch WLAN, Heizung und Klimaanlage. Es gibt 2 Bäder. Waschmaschine- und Spülmaschine gibt's auch.

As my Erasmus semester is coming to an end, I am looking for a suitable new tenant for my shared room in Budapest.
Minimum stay is 6 months, i.e. until 30.06.2024, but you are welcome to stay longer.
The room is room 1 in the apartment. Size: 13+5m2. It is rented furnished. Furthermore, it has a parquet floor and has a 2nd floor where the bed is located. Of course it also has wifi, heating and air conditioning. 2 Bathrooms.

Das Apartment ist super zentral in der Nähe 2 Hauptstationen des öffentlichen Verkehrs gelegen "Oktogon" und "Nyugati". Du erreichst von hier ziemlich alle Unis recht schnell, viele Bars, die Attraktionen der Pester Seite sind fußläufig. Außerdem gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Apartment is centrally located in Terez ringstreet between Oktogon and Nyugati train station in 6th district, best infrastructure, top location for students and expats, all the major universities in 10-20 minutes away, distances (km walk, journey time by public transport in minutes):

Das WG Leben ist super entspannt, insgesamt sind wir 5 Personen. Alle zwischen 21 und 26. Die meisten sind Internationals und entweder für ein Erasmus oder Praktikum hier. Was das Miteinander angeht, kannst du dich zurückziehen, aber auch etwas mit den anderen starten. Insgesamt sind alle sind sehr nett und offen für Vorschläge. Wir sind alle recht beschäftigt, aber schaffen es auch manchmal zusammen zu essen oder zusammen auszugehen. The flat share life is super relaxed, in total we are 5 people. As for the togetherness, you can withdraw, but also start something with the others. Overall, everyone is very nice and open to suggestions. We are all quite busy, but manage to eat together or go out together sometimes.
Minimum stay 6 months. The flat is perfect for international students due to its convenient and central location, but is also ideal for expats, from Erasmus semester to long-term rent everything is possible.
