A renovated flatshare is available from 1st September 2024 for 4 Erasmus students in the center of Budapest!
Only 75 meters from Metro M3 and M4 stations, a few minutes walk (or a few metro/tram stops) away from the major Universities of Budapest (Corvinus, ELTE, Pazmany, BME, Semmelweis, etc).

+ utilities to add: 1/4 part of the total consumption, around 50 EUR/month/person (based on a yearly average), including gas, electricity, water, common costs, and Internet.
All the rooms are available from 1st September 2024, and the minimum rental term is 5 months, a full academic semester. A longer rental term for another semester (till July/August 2025) is also possible.
Night transportation is exceptionally great, the non-stop tram line is a 10-minute walk from the flat.
Restaurants, bars, and clubs are all around the corner. Grocery shops (Tesco, Spar, Aldi, Lidl Great Market Hall) are within a 5-15 minute walking distance.
